This place got a low score for a good reason. You will be forced to tip (can not enter 0 for tip), while there is no service that needs to be tipped. All they did was take my order and make the food. I stood and waited there and picked it up (like panda express). Their attitude was horrible too. This is one of the biggest airports in the country, they still act that "you people do not have many food options anyway, why would I care if you have a good experience?" Also, there were only 2 entree options... The airport was extremely packed. They have all the pots out, but only 2 entree options were available. They still had all the entree labels up faking they have many options. I hope people read this and stop buying food from this place, so they can't afford the rent and we get a better restaurant to replace them.

Came across this restaurant yesterday because of my flights cancellation. There was a couple that was holding up a line being extremely unnecessary rude to the hard working staff. No wonder why there are short staffed because of rude customer like them. There were only three people working in a big restaurant and one being a trainee. One guy is cooking and the other one Paul I believe that her name, working as cashier and serving the food to us. There was a long line and the couple was holding the line arguing for unnecessary thing when they could go to a different place. I called security on them but the security didn’t show up. But overall our experience with the staff was amazing! She took our order, packed our food fast and accurate!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews; there’s nothing wrong with the food. It is more than what you would pay at Panda Express, but it’s in an airport and I think you have to adjust your expectations accordingly. I’ve had better sesame chicken, but I really liked the broccoli beef. I didn’t want to pay more for the fried rice, but I think the white rice was fine. I’m glad I could find a filling and healthy meal as I didn’t want something like McDonald’s. Also, I love their plastic containers as it’s a perfect way to serve food to travelers.

I made the mistake of stopping by for a bite to eat during a layover. I am a minor and was traveling with a group; my group had gone to get food earlier but I'd felt unwell so I'd waited. Eventually once my group had come back to our gate they'd said a staff member had been rude, but nothing else. The food smelled good so I decided to go back and get some.

When I asked for a single egg role the staff member said to me,

"You can have it for free, that cute face will get you anywhere in life." and winked. Mind you, this guy looked to be in his 20's, and was definitely over 18.

It took me a moment to understand what he said, but once I did I replied, "I'm 15."

He then looked me in the eyes and said, "That's fine."

He handed me my free egg rolls, and I left, shocked and a little scared. I reported him to my advisor who went to get his name so that it could be included in the report made to the airport, but once he was there the manager wouldn't give him his name even once he told him the seriousness of the situation. The airport staff knew who we were talking about right away, so this cant be the first time this staff member (or maybe any of the staff) had acted this way. I learned later that the guy who'd flirted with me even after knowing my very non-legal age, had also commented on the amount of food one of my friends had ordered, implying that she didn't need to eat that much.

In the end the man was (allegedly) fired, for leaving his job while still on the clock. I find this hard to believe, with how adamant his boss was with his lack of wrong doing.

Oh, and the free egg rolls...

I don't even want to give them one star. I had a large order total of 45.00. They didn't have one dish of my order, so they prepared the rest of my order. Almost (keyword) 30 minutes later I approached the counter to move my order along. I stated that I had been waiting for almost an 1/2 hour, a young man then grabbed my ticket and said no 1/2 hour 26 minutes. you wait. When the remaining part of my food was ready I requested fresh hot food since the rest of my order had been sitting for "26 minutes". The young man and a young woman started speaking to each other then started THROWING my food in the Bag. I asked for the sauces for the potstichers and eggroll and she yelled at me to get it myself. The food was AWFUL!!! Rice under cooked and crunchy, the rest was cold with no flavor. AVOID this place at all cost. Save your...
