I'm not sure if this was a one-time experience, or if this is their norm, but my family and I had a pretty bad experience with their service. I have 16 month old twins, and we were pressed for time to catch our flight. We thought since this was a Qdoba style restaurant that it would go quickly. However we waited in line for almost 15 minutes. They had a quesadilla on the menu, and when I ordered one for my girls, their response was, we are not making quesadillas today. I could see all the ingredients for quesadillas, but they were not making them. I explained that my toddlers would not eat anything else on the menu, and could they please make a quesadilla since it is on their menu, and they told me I was welcome to go somewhere else. We had literally no time to go wait in another line. I ordered a chicken salad, and for $8.50 you would think it would be a decent salad, but it was pretty bad. It had no flavor, and when I asked for dressing they put, and I am not exaggerating, about a teaspoon of ranch on top. I was told anymore would be charged $1.50 extra as a side. My husband did say the burrito was okay, but nothing to rave about. I was ultimately the most frustrated that for my toddler girls all I could get for them was a side of guacamole, and I had to order them a large fry at McDonald's to take on...

This place is SO terrible. Refused to make their menu item I requested. “Manager” attempted to NOT give me the full customer receipt that has the contact info on it (not that they’re easy to contact even with that-email doesn’t work, website is “under construction.”) then when I called a headquarters number later (had to leave a voice Mail), the lady that called me back was The WORST customer-recovery person I ever talked to. Said that, “well they mentioned this and did offer to make the item for you.” Think about why customers take the time to call to complain. Because they had a bad experience and they want you to fix it. Now, think about why an employee would preemptively tell you about a complaint…. The fact that they did basically proves they know they did something wrong and are trying to cover their tracks. Sure, they did finally offered to make the item, after refusing and then me complaining to the “manager /shift supervisor.” Had they made it when requested- my wait would’ve already been over and I would’ve been a satisfied customer. Their employees are rude, and apparently their managers are too. I hope they go out of business and maybe they can get a job somewhere that will actually teach them about adequate...

Decided to try the food here because I love Tamales. I ordered the Breakfast tamale which comes with 1 tamale, potatoes, refried beans and 2 eggs. I ordered my eggs fried because I wanted yolk and ordered smothered In Green chile. What I got was Eggs that were over cooked and no longer had yolk and red chile. Too many people waiting in line to go back and request they fix. I ate it but was not satisfied with the order due to so many errors. I do have to say the pork tamale was good and so was the red chile...even though I didn't want red. Refried beans were good but potatoes were very dry. The Burrito my companion ordered was very runny. The egg is being scooped and served out of a container so when they scoop it, the spoon collects the water/juices from bottom and gets on your tortilla, which in the end makes the Burrito difficult to eat because the tortilla rips from being too soft. I would skip the Burrito and recommend just the tamales honestly. If you read my review, please hit the like...

The burrito was decent, service was MUCH worse. We asked Angela for an outlet to charge our ipad & she said there was not one behind the bar we could use. An older white woman asked for a charger moments after & an outlet to charge her iPad from a different person working at La Casita. He went to the back & got a personal charger for her & plugged it in behind the bar. I asked the same person if we could pay as Angela was "busy". He waved me off & said, "someone will help you". That's it, FINALLY got to pay. Will NEVER be back. Selective service doesn't work for us.

The cheapest possible burrito place you can find. We ordered two burrito bowls with steak. The steak had green peppers and ground meat mixed in to bring down the costs and making any steak hard to find and barely edible. It's a premade mix and I don't doubt they warm it up there in an old microwave as it was cold to the taste. They give you a small spoon of rice and charge for almost every topping. Half the size with the same cost as Chipotle. Stay away from here as there is better airport food around. Otherwise fasting is much more of a preferable option.
