My husband and I got takeout from here, I had spent a really long time looking for the right place to get food because I was REALLY craving chicken Alfredo. Most places had alfredo dishes that weren’t chicken/just alfredo pasta or when I tried to order online I couldn’t substitute whatever meat they used for chicken. We’re from MN so we don’t know what’s good around CO, and we’re here for our 1 year wedding anniversary.
I was in the car for over an hour getting from CO springs back to Denver, im sure you know how horrid the traffic is. By the time we got to the hotel we were staying at I was very hangry but excited to get food. This place was around 15 mins from the hotel, and while food was being prepared my husband went into our room to shower. I was excited to see it was done faster than anticipated. He gets back in the car and I kept saying how I was so hungry I could cry.
We picked up our food, and while driving back to the hotel I tried my best to keep the food warm for both of us. We get all the way back up to the room, I pulled the food out, and there was no chicken or grated mozzarella cheese like I had ordered. I was so hungry and so sad that it wasn’t what I wanted I legit almost cried.
But the reason for the 5 stars: my husband ordered something new he had never tried before which is a huge deal because he’s very picky and he LOVED it (like a pesto tortellini and he had chicken on his) and the bread was really good.
I called the shop (trying my best to keep calm because of how stressed out I was, our order was like $55 which was a lot for it to be wrong) but the gentleman I spoke with was very kind. I asked if we could switch out the dishes or get a refund for my portion since my husbands food was correct. I ended up getting refunded for our whole meal. He was very accommodating and I was extremely appreciative of what he did for me.
Long story longer, my husband said their food was good, and even though I ended up getting food from somewhere else, I’d still recommend this place. But if you order takeout, just check it before you leave like I should have done to begin with ;)

My last few visits to this location have been very frustrating. I don't think there is ever a manager on site. The staff claims they are unable to find my Rewards information in their system, which is ridiculous, as I have been eating at this location for many years. They also send me emails once or twice a week so I know that they have my information in their system! I have not received any Rewards points within the Micis rewards program for my last couple of visits and have not received any Reward offers in months. I have emailed customer service THREE times over the past two weeks an not one person at Micis seems to know what customer service really is, as I've not received the courtesy of a response. Completely UNACCEPTABLE way to treat your long-standing customers. I am taking my business elsewhere and telling my friends, family members and colleagues about this disappointing...

Anyway, got the pizzas (4) ordered...arrived, Walked in, no direction or hello from the staff. 3 other customers (all were puzzled with the process) found delivery bags...those turned out to be some of the pizzas, us and another customers orders were not complete... asked the cashier who was puzzled when shared the orders weren't complete...(they found the extra pizzas in the warming oven behind the counter) rather mysterious...2 customers without their orders...were they anticipating we'd forget?
