GreenWay Park — Attraction in Denver

This is my kids favorite park in the neighborhood. I've been taking them here since we moved to Denver almost 10 years ago. They love the trees & tall grasses, which provide shade & tons of ways for them to use their imagination. My kids have both had birthday parties here - my son in particular has had nearly every party for the last 6 years here. My neighborhood park. Hate the sand, but love the mostly nice people there. Wish they would post their darned signs where people can read them, instead of at the entrance where there is always a crowd trying to get in or out. Not handicap accessible. Other than that, the park is usually pretty good. There can be dog fights which is normal for a dog park and the main reason I'm giving this only three stars is because this is the dog park where I was assaulted. Other people have been assaulted.
