I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service. One of the employees—taller and heavier, wearing glasses—was extremely rude. I went in to order a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, but she told me they were out. While I was trying to decide what else to order, I asked if I could use the restroom. She told me I had to make a purchase first, which I understood.
I took a moment to look at the menu and then placed my order. However, I started feeling uneasy because the employee began speaking in coded language to her coworkers, and they all laughed. This made me uncomfortable and suspicious, so I kept a close eye on the food preparation to ensure my food wasn’t tampered with. I didn’t even ask for the restroom code again because I wanted to focus on watching my food being made.
Then, another employee asked me what I had ordered, and shortly afterward, someone else handed me my food. I never saw it go into the oven, which made me even more suspicious. I took the food but felt very uneasy about it. I stepped outside, then came back in to ask for a cup of ice, but I was still hesitant to say anything.
Although I didn’t confront anyone, I was very disappointed. I ended up not eating the food—I simply put it in the trash. The way I was treated made me feel disrespected. Just because some people may use the restroom without purchasing anything doesn’t mean every customer should be treated with suspicion. I could have used a gas station restroom for free, but I had planned to order food and give Starbucks my business.
If the manager reviews the security footage, they will see that I did not use the restroom and that I threw the food away without eating it. I didn’t go inside to cause a scene because that’s not who I am. I just quietly left.

Read moreThis location is the only Starbucks I have ever had issues with . Not only did I have issues with ordering from them. They kept charging me to finally get the correct drink after I showed them a picture. Maybe when I showed the picture of the pineapple frozen drink it was to close to the mango one. Either way after saying pineapple how she still made a mango drink is absurd. I have ordered the strawberry cream frappachino and it is made the same every other location but this one. I actually thought she messed up that drink also but it said the correct name but was wrong drink . I understand making mistakes or not understanding but maybe should ask for some clarification I wasn't ordering some fancy Luffy drink. I was ordering off the menu. And to ask the customer to keep paying for drinks until you make the correct one is ridiculous. Of course customer service was way more understanding and helpful when I talked to them about the situation. Starbucks is already expensive I should not have to keep paying for you to fix a mistake you keep making. And all the random drinks I ended up with were given to neighbors. I finally gave up and never got the drinks I was trying to order will definitely avoid...
Read moreSo this is not the 1st time this has happened to me where the website site has said they r open then when i get there their is someone in there and they just leave me sitting they at the ordering sign for longet then 10 mins and then today when I call and complain to the manager he has the nerve to yell at me then hang up like I should just know that even tho their site says they are open they decided to go home early and leave at 8pm yet when I pulled up their was someone in there and didn't even have the decantcy to say hey we are closed they just left us sitting there and at that I had a mobile order and the app was on and still taking orders till 9 pm and then when I called to complain about the actions of the employee the (night manager ) that's what he said he was was even worse he literally tried to say it's my fault I should have known they were closed and I'm in idiot and then yelled bla bla bla bla bla and hung up on me n those where his exact words so who ever the night manager was today at 6pm is completely incompetent what's worse is I used to go to this starbucks everyday but now I'll drive a mile out my way to avoid this...
