Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denver

I have no idea why I keep going back to this location when they mess up my order 100% of the time. Literally, EVERY TIME!! I will never go back again after what I witnessed and experienced tonight. I arrived to pick up my pizza and noticed it was listed as "ready" on the board along with one other person whose pizza was also listed as being ready. There were two people in front of me, both Hispanic men. One man was trying to place an order, but the woman taking the order (older, rude, reddish hair) was being rude to him because he didn't speak English. She was yelling at him rudely when asking for his phone number, his name, and when she misunderstood what he said she further yelled at him saying "you said you were Door Dash!!" She was shaking her head and mumbling under her breath during the entirety of their interaction. The second Hispanic gentlemen was trying to interpret for him (they were not together, but she assumed they were). Turns out this other guy WAS Door Dash, as was the couple who came in after me (and another woman who came in after them). It was finally my turn at the register (pre-paid online and the order says it's ready). The rude woman told me my order was not ready yet, she pointed back saying it just came out it will be right out. She went on to help two two other people, being rude to them, at which point I pointed out that it said my order was ready since I walked in. She said "I don't know why it says that, it's not ready, it could be anywhere." Mind you, EVERYONE who came in after me received their orders (five people). While I was waiting I overheard her complaining about Door Dash orders and the drivers being rude (how ironic). She was telling a black gentleman who worked there and he was agreeing with her. I heard her say that she works at 10 stores. When the person whose name was on the screen as "ready" came in, she handed her the order and sent her on her way (this was the ONLY person she was nice to). She then went back to the hot box and pulled out a pizza, MY pizza, that had been there the WHOLE time I had been waiting. I pointed this out to her and she rudely said "they didn't tell me." I told her " you should have checked and you are rude to everybody." She didn't even apologize for her error. She is simply a rude, nasty person. I waited there for 15 minutes for an order that was ready when I walked in the door because this rude woman could not be bothered to check the other box that was already waiting. I regret not calling her out sooner when I witnessed what appeared to be blatant racism (she looked like a person of color herself). I could see inside the building from where I parked and she had gathered all of the workers around and appeared to be talking about me as she turned towards me and pointed her head in my direction. I'm sick of incorrect orders, and tipping on those orders, and rude, awful people. I will NEVER spend another penny at this location. They can keep their rude, racist employee. If I ever enter another location and see this woman. I will demand a refund...

I've given this Pizza Hut location multiple chances, but after tonight, I won’t be back. I’ve ordered several times before at night, and almost every time, the pizza has been undercooked. This time, I ordered a traditional deep dish pan pizza, paid an extra \

3 for carry out — only to receive a pizza that was barely cooked and didn’t even resemble a pan pizza. It was flat, pale, soft, and completely lacking the crisp, thickness, and texture you expect from a proper deep dish. I even provided photos to prove how poorly the pizza was prepared, but that still didn’t make a difference. This place has lost its touch. Not sure if they are doing short cuts on prepping the pizzas to save on ingredients, but pizzas aren’t the same and not worth the money! I know I didn’t order a cheese pizza but, it almost has no cheese and no marina sauce. You can see the bread from top, In stead of the ingredients. Am I just overreacting or do you agree?

Other times I’ve paid for extra toppings and get less toppings than when I don’t pay for extra toppings. Or pay for certain toppings, but some weren’t added. Every time it’s something different with this location, the person working there is the nicest. The food...
