The online marketing of this place got me. The pastries are beautiful. That about all this has going for it.
It located inside a dumpy building, and doesn’t have actual signage. Rhere was one person in front of me and somehow it still took 10 minutes to get pastries from the window and a black drip coffee.
The turkey and Swiss pastry was ok. The pastry itself was not still crispy.
The pistachio croissant was not very good at all and had some sort of sticky substance on the outside.
The cinnamon roll was the best of the bunch but still had a soggy bottom and not a whole lot of substance to it.
All of this, plus the pricing, $7-8 per pastry, makes this a disappointing visit.
I’m trying to put aside that I just got back from Italy where 3 pastries and a coffee would cost $8 total.
There are better bakeries with less expensive pastries nearby.

Read moreWow! This place is absolutely wonderful. Hands down the best croissants and pastries in Denver. They are a new business (so cut them some slack Michael freshly back from Italy 🙄). I’ve traveled the world and most recently Copenhagen and this is the closest thing to that here in Denver. Sure, the building isn’t sparkling new but does it matter? The chocolate croissant is DIVINE! The fresh sourdough is also a staple for our evening dinners. Try it out! Take it home to your kids and family....
