Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denver

I never had any problems with this store before, but today I was really disappointed with the way they handle my situation. I submitted an online order, to save everyone’s time. I got my confirmation order, and we waited outside the store for 15min. When we are finally able to go in and pick up the order, they informed us that , there is no order for us, we clearly told them that we had a confirmation number saying it will be ready at 5:00pm . Instead of getting an apology for the situation, we were treated rudely and got told that if we wanted to make another order it would be another 30min wait. After I had already waited for my original order. I did not appreciate the way the employee that helped us talked to us , and for a minute I felt discriminated, if I were a different race then maybe they would have handle the situation differently. I know we are all dealing with stressful times, but it’s because of clients that your are bless to have a job, please treat everyone fairly. This is the second time at the pizza hurt the first time they overcharged me then told me they do not honor Pizza Hut coupons or deals that are posted online. The manager was outside smoking while the new employee was at the front taking ordered confused and messing everything up. They refused to provide a refund and the food was terrible. My daughter ordered food 1/19/25 the order was wrong they gave her cheese bread instead of pasta burnt the breadsticks and the pizza was dry and looked old. They ended up getting sick and had the runs the very next day. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut at all the employees don’t care neither does the female manager how do you not honor Pizza Hut deals and or coupons at your store ?? Do not waste your time going here unless you want to eat what they give you and have your order messed up and no compensation...

It’s no wonder this place has a 2.9 rating! Call to order a simple personal pan cheese pizza at 9:30pm. Website reports open until 11 PM I placed my order with a very nice gentleman on the phone. I drive a few minutes away from the location only to receive a phone call from the location telling me that they are voiding my order because they are closed. I asked a woman well aren’t you there she replied yes but I don’t have any staff. I understand that but you are there your company is in business to make pizza, are telling me that you cannot make me a small personal pan cheese pizza for my seven-year-old daughter this evening? She replied that is correct I am calling you to tell you that I am voiding the order. Wow that will be the last time I reach out to Pizza Hut for a simple order.
