I really hate to give a low rating, especially with fast food, because I know what a crappy job it can be sometimes dealing with customers, and not everybody likes customer service.
However, this particular Burger King has consistently poor. This review is actually of the last 3 times I've tried to go.
The first time I went was a couple weeks ago. The line for the drive-through seemed really long and we had ordered through the mobile app. When I walked in to the lobby, I couldn't seem to get anybody's attention for the register. The people in back wouldn't come out front, and the drive-through person was either frustrated or flustered. When someone did come out to the register and I told them I had a mobile order, they told me there were no mobile orders, and that I would have to re-order with them. I showed them my phone with the address of this location, and the drive-through person yelled at them and pointed to a to go order that was already bagged up. The cashier handed it to me and walked back to the back room or out of view. When I open the bag, it was not my order. I had to wait again until somebody noticed that I was still there because I wasn't comfortable shouting to the drive-through person as they seem to have too much going on already.
The next time I went through the drive-through and ordered normally, because I thought maybe the mobile order was the problem. My order is always the same, a whopper with no pickles as a combo meal with a Dr Pepper. When I got to the window to pay, I was given my order and the window shut before I could ask for ketchup or napkins. In Denver, you have to ask for those things. The drive-through worker didn't reappear so I gave up after about 45 seconds and drove away. When I got home to open my bag, I realized they had forgotten to put the fries in the bag. I emailed the manager via the receipt, but have not yet heard anything.
This last time was today. I use the mobile app because I wanted the points or the rewards to build up. My order was correct but again at the window I was handed my order. The window was closed without acknowledgment, and I was unable to ask for ketchup napkins, or a straw.
It just makes me feel like this particular location has a poor training method, or that people just don't care here. I do not have this problem with pickles, ketchup, or the mobile app, at other locations...

One of which is when going through the drive through the ordered has often stated that they don't have Mellow Yellow anymore. Or we don't sell that anymore.Twice now this has occurred. Yet on the same day within minutes of it being said by going in directly, I have not only seen it but gotten said Mellow Yellow that according to the ordered doesn't exist. What's going on back there. My thoughts are that maybe a machine behind the counter is broken or different. However that doesn't mean the drink itself doesn't exist and would prefer it if from now on this is double checked, someone makes the effort to grab it or maybe saying something like you need to come inside for that. The drink is only in our lobby machine. Other than this service is usually good. I just don't like being lied too. Also the drive thru sprite taste weird and they haven't been giving out receipts through the drive thru recently. Which while I think is an issue of the crew feeling overwhelmed, is also enough of a thing it ought to be...
Read moreSo I walk in and tell the cashier I ordered on the app and she quickly disappeared to the back without a word. So I take a seat and wait patiently. A couple for dashers came and went but when the people who ordered at the counter after I arrived got their food I went to the counter to find out what the hold up was. Same cashier looks over at me and walks away again in farther in the back. So I asked the girl that was cleaning the lobby what the deal was. She went back and grabbed my order which was sitting right in front of where the previous girl was standing and handed it to me. I was like are you kidding this has been sitting there the whole time. She offered to have it remade but after waiting 20 minutes I had no time to sit around for another 5-10. And of course, to add injury to insult my burger had onions on it. I ordered without because I'm allergic to them. So$12 and 20 minutes later I went to work angry and hungry. Nope, not...
