Stopped by on a Wednesday evening with the family for dinner. It was snowing and wasn't really busy. When we showed up we were the only customers in the building and no one in the drive thru. Waited for a considerable amount of time to get someone to the counter to take our order. EVERY table but one was dirty, the trash overflowing and restrooms needed cleaned. Sounded like they were talking in the back of the store more so then trying to do their jobs and focus on customer service. The girl who took our order was rude and very unwelcoming. We waited about half an hour for our food. During that time frame they served two other customers to go orders who came in about 15mins. after us. They too had trouble getting someone to take their order which makes me think they just blew us off. When they finally brought us our food they were rude and girl in a black and white shirt this time brought us our food and when we tried to ask her a question she just walked away and completely ignored us pretending to not hear us. As stated before, we were the only ones dining in so not like there was a whole lot of background noise. They messed up my order, it was a big box 3piece meal, it had popcorn chicken and chicken strips inside it. Got more attitude at the counter when I told them it was wrong. It only took them a min. To fix it so idk what took so long for them to make our order. The tall Male manager seemed to have no regard to the stores cleanliness since it was a total mess. When it's that slow and whether is bad outside there is no reason for the store to be a mess inside. Even the sink in the females restroom was broken and not easy to use, plus it was worse then a portapotty as far as care goes. They clearly do not care about their customers and cleanliness of the store. Overall this place needs better trained managers...

There is NO ONE at the counter when you arrive, nor are they watching for you to arrive which means you are waiting for them to simply take your order.
If anything is missing like butter and honey for your biscuits, you have to wait again.
As I was waiting again for the Honey and butter, there was already a gentleman wanting to place his order. Two more people arrived, one after another and they didn't have a clue any of us were there! This is not only inconvenient for us, it's a safety concern for your staff and business!
I wonder how many people just leave because no one will wait on you here. I know that I am not likely to return to this location for dine in service because I am not willing to be ignored like this! It's apparent they don't value me as a customer or my time.
If you are going to fail it be attentive to your lobby customer, at least have a kiosk available that allows us to place our own order, in absence of a staff that is willing to take care of us
Sadly after all the extra trouble, my biscuit wasn't even fresh. It was like it had been sitting around all day!
One more thing, please don't crumble my condiments in your hands prior to handing them to me. That doesn't inspire cleanliness. Handle them minimally and pass them to me with care. We are eating finger food. We have to handle those packages to open them and place them on our food....
My nuggets and cold slaw were good, but the rest of my experience definitely needed improvement. One more wish, I wish you had Pepsi Zero instead...

Sent a message to corporate, they were nice and sent me a voucher. Went back last week to order the same meal. Suddenly it's no longer available. I asked for an 8 piece meal... Suddenly it's also not available. I left and went somewhere else because I'm not paying $45 for chicken to feed my family. Today, I saw the family feast available on the app. I wanted to use the voucher, nope, have to use it in store. Went through the drive through again, lobby is still closed. Asked for the 10 piece feast. Nope, not available. I pulled up to the window, spoke to a girl, showed her the app. She shrugs and says I don't know how to ring it up. I asked for an 8 piece fill up, she says that it's not the same price as in the app. I said that's fine. I just want chicken. I give her the voucher, she says I don't know how to use it, you'll have to come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? Are you guys all completely clueless at this store?
