Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denver

I am very disappointed in the GM at this store, Adam. He was supposed to refund me for a couple pizzas 12 days ago and welp... No refund! We always order pizza from this store minimum twice a week. Never have we received pizzas with what seemed like cottage cheese consistency on the cheese. The dough was not thoroughly cooked either. It tasted very grainy and mushy and my son got sick from eating the entire slice. Lady who answered phone said she would make a new fresh pizza right then and there and not grab a premade pizza. Wife goes back to pick up new "fresh" made pizza and opens the pizza box up in front of Adam the GM and shows him the cheese consistency and said it looked exactly the same as the ones I paid for. His smart azs response was "well there is nothing wrong with it look at it, it's pizza." My wife told him to taste it and he rolled his eyes and sarcastically said t"hat is your pizza." My wife asked for a refund and he very unwilling to give credit back and snagged the card from my wife and gave her the original receipt and wrote his name on it. I was not going to leave a negative review and just let time pass and maybe give them another shot but I have yet to receive my money and my son gets stomach flu because of it. Pictures when zoomed in show the raw dough and cheese consistency. I am still waiting on my refund. I'll gladly remove this feedback if you guys decide to ever make it right. Double fail major failure! I called and made an order they told me 20 minutes to 25 minutes till I can pick it up. I got there on time and they had no record of me. So I went back out to the car grab my phone and called the number that I had called to find out that this was the place that I ordered from. And I told them this over the phone and they said oh the manager wanted to talk to me. So I went back inside and the manager was very apologetic that's super. He even told me that it would only take 10 minutes and as soon as it was done they would bring it out to me. I thought okay that's kind of nice. Well guess what they didn't and I waited 22 minutes before I walked back in there. And the woman handed it to me and it's lukewarm. And I said you guys are supposed to bring this out to me and she just shrugged her shoulders. And I heard the manager in the background say oh we were supposed to take it out to her. To say the least getting a lukewarm pizza after waiting all that time after being promised that it would be delivered right to the door of my car, I said double failure and I'm angry about it I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Ordered online and received an email confirmation saying it would take 40 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called to see where my order was. Was told, "so sorry, the computer is wrong, all orders are taking an hour and a half." Fine. Whatever. Food finally shows up but the order was incomplete. Driver says he'll go bring back the rest for me. I assumed that meant he had forgotten it in his car. Meanwhile, I check what DID arrive and it's soggy and cold. Pretty sure it had been ready an hour earlier and was just sitting for all that time. 20 minutes later I call the store again because he never came back with the rest of my order and I just wanted it removed from my bill. Same guy answers, takes missing items off my bill, half-ass apologizes, and hangs up on me. This is just the most recent interaction. This location NEVER gets it right on the first try. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping my next order will go well. NEVER does. I'm done. This place isn't worth it. Go to Papa John's.
