The manager was rude or at least I think it was the manager. Whoever was speaking for everyone and in front by the registers anyways, but the other employees were nice and made up for it. I am never really in this area or really stop by this location for that matter because for whatever reason it seems a little setback or it does not register in my mind that this is a Taco Bell location when I am driving by or when I think about place to go in the area. For some reason I just never thinking about going. Vice the manager or staff member I could not tell if it was the manager seemed to be very rude and you could not understand very well what she was saying. She seemed very screwed with her delivery and she's terse with her answers even though they were in broken English. The other employees did seem to be at least curious. They may have been having a bad day and we're quiet but at least they were courteous and one of them did go out of their way to unlock the bathroom for me. I appreciate it man but I did not appreciate the interaction that I had with either the manager or whatever employ. Again I could not quite tell and I could not really understand her. She was very short answering questions and abrupt. It came across as rude they were not very busy and it did not leave a very good impression. The food was pretty much what to expect from Taco Bell I don't think I would stop by this location again and like I said I don't usually stop by this location so it will not be that big of a change. Other than that there are other places to go to and I would probably even stop by a 7-Eleven before I...
Read moreFirst off, I do not eat Taco Bell. Ever. I went in needing the bathroom desperately and asked if I could use it if I purchased something. The nice young lady confirmed them stepped aside for the manager to ring me up. I asked if they had hot coffee. She confirmed then rang up my order. I thought $2.47 was pricey but all I could think about was getting to the bathroom. She proceeded to help 2 more customers before walking me to the door & entering the code. Not sure why she couldn't divulge the info vocally but oh well, I was finally in! To my dismay the toilet was going to need a belt sander to get the filth & grime off & there wasn't nearly enough toilet paper to cover the seat AND clean my ahem, derriere. To top off this wonderful visit to, what my family for years has lovingly (not), referred to as 'Toxic Hell', I come out to no coffee on the counter and the manager walking away to finish a phone call she's been on the entire time. A call so important she's telling every drive-thru customer they have to come in to order. I finally announce my coffee deficiency to receive a 'Something-Spice Iced'...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but the crew at this Taco Bell deserves a shoutout.
I almost always go inside to order (I like to pick out my own sauces), and every time, the staff is friendly, quick, and just on point. Even when it’s busy, they move fast and still manage to get the order right, every single time. That alone is rare.
What really stands out is how carefully they package the food. It’s honestly impressive. Crunchy tacos actually stay crunchy, nothing’s falling out of the shells, and everything is bagged like they’re making sure it survives a cross-country road trip. It’s that level of attention to detail that keeps me coming back.
One time, I brought my family from out of town here. Their local Taco Bell isn’t the best, so expectations were low. But this crew nailed it - fast, friendly, and the food was exactly right. Everyone was genuinely impressed.
If you’re in the area and craving Taco Bell, I definitely recommend stopping by this location. The service is great, the food is solid, and they really care about getting...
