Taqueria La Yaquesita — Restaurant in Denver

After long workday pretty much everything was closed but saw this food truck trailer seemed pretty busy, it was la taqueria yaquesita which had been meaning to try but hadn't come across it, it delivered all the hype and more. The tortillas are flour handmade and were delicious, not huge but medium size . The tacos were great and the clamato preparado was also delicious and quite refreshing. Definitely, for a taco truck, some of the freshest meat, produce, and ingredients I have eaten. The avocado was remarkably fresh and couldn't be more perfectly ripe, as were all the condiments. The Al Carbon beef was tasty, not overcooked and dry, and seasoned well, without being overly salty. I would travel out of my way for this unassuming food truck. Food was did not have much taste. Bland and average tasting food if that. We ordered 10 alpastor tacos 2 asada tacos 1 al pastor torta and al pastor fries. Also got 5 agua de orchata amd that was mediocre amd bad tasting. Was not fresh. Meat did not have flavor if any. Salsa bar was good and a good veriaty of toppings. But that's about it....
