We went out to celebrate my daughters 25th birthday. To begin, the waitress didn't collect all of our parties order, and one person had to go up to the counter and complain and someone else served her. 2 other persons in our group were dissatisfied with their food. One felt that there was still poop in his lobster tail, as though it was not properly cleaned before cooked. The other person asked for her catfish to be cooked longer as it wasn't done. 2nd order of catfish came out and still wasn't done, which ended up being taken off her check.

We had a party of at least 18 people whom all payed separately. This is where I truly got frustrated as 18% gratuity was added to ALL our separate receipts, which is the Devils work! Our service was not worth an almost 200 dollar tip for our server. I feel as a person visiting the establishment for the 1st time, I should be able to tip what I think is fair for the service I received. When speaking with the so called manager..he offered to recourse! And continued to say the same thing over. I refused to pay the added tip to my check. This place has very great service , the staff are very kind and showed attentiveness. Our server was very good at getting our refills and making sure we were good. My dad wanted to come here for his Fathers Day dinner. We ordered 2 pound of shrimp and 3 pound of snow crab with the cajun and garlic sauce and xxx heat. Yes it is spicy but not spicy enough for me. The taste was a 7/10 for me. The seafood itself had great taste though, not overcooked at all, very tender. I tried the cajun fried rice and wasn't very impressed I do not recommend. Great place for spicy seafood! I been wanting to visit this place for a while. Great location with plenty of parking. The restaurant is clean and has nice decor. Service was very friendly. The prices on food depend on current market pricing. Recomend the fried shrimp. You order food by the pound and comes in plastic bagies. There is also a small selection of beers to go along with your dinner. Seems like most food is on the spicy side so if you are not into spicy seafood this is not for you.
