I ordered via DoorDash and the order was taking a long time, so I called the restaurant and they said that the order was still sitting there and it was never picked up. I decided to cancel it, as it was over an hour and a half waiting. I cancelled the order via DoorDash and received the refunded credits. Minutes later a women from the restaurant calls me personally. And said that the order was picked up twice; I began to question it, as the previous women said it was still there. She then ups the pick up times from two to three times, saying they made the order 3 times and it was picked up by 3 different times…..and it gets better. She THEN says that one of them was missing a hand! Like legit you can’t make this up! I told her to call DoorDash not me. It’s not my problem that DoorDash “didn’t pick it up” or had “three people pick it up.” Whichever lie it is. She also tried accusing me of lying to her about what I had just heard from the previous women at the restaurant. I’ve ordered DoorDash several times and never had this experience, needless to say I think the issue is ChinaOne not DoorDash. Quarts and pints are contained in plastic sealed dishes , not the typical boxes so not sure if the quantity is still the same. Staff is friendly. Ordering recently got easier and has improved to place over the phone. Prices are still reasonable. The only thing I can say that could use improvement and has been improving is that all items ordered are in the bag. Check your order before leaving!! I was talking to her in a calm manner and she was still defensive and nasty. She told me she will credited me back the money and then told me she wasn’t going to deliver to me anymore. I asked her why was she being so nasty and she preceded to ask me for my credit card number. I notice these people do not have good customer service. The Chinese is always right and your wrong. The females in my experience are the worst. I have never experience this type of attitude with any restaurant besides a Chinese restaurant.
