It is impossible to overstate the level of customer service offered by both Candy, the owner, and Irene, who was incredibly helpful. The reasonable pricing and vast selection of beads would be enough to bring me back, but the experience in the store was something you very rarely encounter. Over the phone, Candy was knowledgeable and pleasant. When we arrived to work on a project that had sentimental value, they were attentive and interested, giving the guidance we needed as novices, but also honest opinions of what would work best for our piece. We were there for quite a long time, and it was a relaxed, enjoyable experience - we were never rushed. Despite it being our first visit, I felt like we were crafting with old friends.
