Dunkin' — Restaurant in Denville

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN - FRUAD! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! 11/6/22 9:48 AM I went to buy Bagel and Bagel Twist Order # 920. On donut shelf Bagel twist are marked $2.99, and cashier didnt give me the receipt and I ask for the receipt and look at the Bagel Twist price and it was charged $4.00. I asked cashier why is bagel twist $4.00 when it shows $2.99, and cashier told me "thats wrong price tag, price went up", I was like ok and throw away the receipt and went back to my office, out of curiosity I check Dunkin app and price was marked $2.99.

I went back to Denville Dunkin and ask if he can reprint me the receipt and cashier was very rude and told me he can't "I dont know how to reprint receipt". So I rebought bagel twist and it was charged $4.00 again. I confronted him that Dunkin app price is $2.99 why is your store $4.00? and than he called his manager 5 mins later cashier told me button is wrong! So I asked him why did you tell me price went up before, he didnt say anything and just look at me weird, are you guys serious! Asked me if I wanted a refund, so I ask "are you guys going refund everyone who bought bagel twist that was charged $4.00 like the old man who purchase right before me?" he said no.

Dunkin Headquarter should look into this store!!!

I can not image how many people they over charged and got away with it!!!

This is the wrong town, google messed up! It's Landing ,Lake side Boulevard across from Pops Bagels and next to the post Office . (Sorry Denville Dunkin Doughnuts) Landing Dunkin Doughnuts has The worst coffee In town! the coffee is watered DOWN AND THAT LEADS ME TO Believe THEY REUSE THEIR Grinds!! It seems to be a common thing at some D&D's ! It's not Right! People work hard for there money and it not right to take advantage of the public!! I will Never go there again!!! Maybe I'm misunderstanding closing time but this was the second time I have gone here at 5:00 pm and had to kinds argue with the lady behind the counter to make wake up wraps. I understand as she stated she is the only one working but I really don't think it is known by an upper person that this lady is apparently constantly turning away people here because she "already cleaned the food area" and "does not cook food now because it was cleaned" being that she is closing in AN HOUR.
