The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude, and will let you stand there waiting for help.

This location has always had disgusting floors, poor customer service and nonexistent cashiers. It has disgusting floors. If you’re lucky, they might even leave a black carpet on rainy days. Some rainy days you have to moonwalk inside because their carpet magically disappeared.

If you’re looking for overcooked pastries and hard to eat bread, you’re at the right place! Other locations like Florham Park never overcook their products. Nothing like an overpriced overcooked chocolate croissant that crumbles like the people in Avenger’s Infinity War when you bite into it.

I mentioned it was my first time at this location and they handed me a electronic device that they never explained, so I carried it with me while I was waiting for them to get more teabags. The bins for the tea bags look like they haven't been cleaned for a while in the bottoms. Apparently while I was doing this, someone brought my food out and was looking for my table. I expected the device to buzz or light up when my food was done. She was angry with me that she had been looking for that device on a table and I had been holding it. I haven't even gotten a chance to sit down yet.

Generally I dont write reviews a lot. But for this one, I have to; I just moved to this area a couple of weeks ago; we ordered online 4 different items (salad, flatbread, soup, and sandwich) for pick-up; I picked up my order and reached my home and found that sandwich was missing. I called the store, the lady who picked up the phone told me to come to the store. I went to the store again, and my sandwich was not ready; even one guy came and started questioning me if I am saying true or not. He said me he is doing it this time for courtesy.
