Gap — Local services in Denville

Stopped by on a whim. There was a line of the dressing rooms and when someone let the stall, I asked him if he was done and he said he was so I went in (there was no one working the fitting room area). I went in and started trying on clothes only for another customer to come over and start YELLING at me for stealing their stall. Apparently the stall reserved was reserved and I was in it ( there was a pile of tried on clothes in there and there was another person in front of me who had used the stall). I got out and apologized and left (nearly in tears).

I had never been yelled at in public before and it was embarrassing and could have been avoided if the staff at this GAP location properly worked the fitting room area.

After this incident I will never set foot in this...
