We were there for Hershey lights and decided to make it a girls trip for the weekend and stay at the lodge. We went here TWICE. A girl named Charisma helped me the first time. She was very ignorant. You could tell she turned her nose up to me upon ordering and made me feel like dirt for even asking questions and would let out sighs upon my questions. She would look at me with crazy eyes and then FLIP her pony tail… she works with food why is she touching her hair and flinging it around? The next day I wouldn’t go down again after my awful experience with that girl. My sister went down and had another awful experience. Same girl, charisma, still flipping her hair and just acting like we shouldn’t even be there and then got her on cellphone in front of her.
