Wasabi Bistro — Restaurant in Derry Township

Update: 7/27/2025 1:30p When we arrived there was one couple there eating. We were seated and placed our order as soon as we were ready. The waitress was awesome and attentive. She explained a few things I wasn't sure were. We got our food fast and the one thing that was deep fried was hot and crispy. VERY DELICIOUS!! The spicy tuna and the spicy California rolls were awesome as well. They had a lunch special for 3 rolls and soup or salad. It was under $15 I believe. I believe it was well worth the price and very tasty. I highly recommend going to this place if you haven't and you won't be disappointed.

Food was good and very affordable. We enjoyed everything we had. I had a fried softshell crab which was awesome and I was raised in MD and with MD crabs and softshells and the crab was cooked to perfection nice and crisp and tender inside. I can't wait to go again I will get a couple of them. The sushi rolls are very filling and they come in 8 to 10 pieces. It's in Lebanon too never even heard of it before today just happened to be passing through and we were at an appointment and we heard someone talking about a tai restaurant and I asked them where it was and that's how we got there. It wasn't crowded...

Yikes. Stopped in for dinner, they had one server in the place. It’s a small dining room so you wouldn’t think it would be an issue but it was. First off we sat at the table for 20 minutes before we even got offered a drink, so we just put in our entire order thinking that would save time. (Spoiler alert. It didn’t). It was a total of roughly 50 minutes from the time we sat down until the time we got our soup and salad. The ginger salad had to be sitting under an heat lamp or something it was warm and the miso soup didn’t taste the greatest. Then our main course came out. Just sushi and chicken fried rice. There was no soy sauce cups at the table. That may sound petty but I was already frustrated at this point. We didn’t get any refills for our drinks because the waitress was busy running around and didn’t have a chance to check on us at all. I don’t blame her for the bad service she seemed sweet. It’s the management that needs to step up in that situation. Do better or get out of the customer...

We went there as a special dinner and unfortunately it wasn’t special. The food wasn’t the issue, the service was. We were the only two ppl in the restaurant so there was no excuse for the lack of service. Our waitress was too busy on her phone to care she had two customers. She brought us our food and never returned. We had to ask the young gentleman to get her so we could hv refills. Again, for her to never return. We needed napkins but it wasn’t worth finding her. She brought us our check to never return so we got up and paid ourselves. We asked her for a to go box and she brought us a tiny box to put all our stuff in. I wanted to ask for a small cup for the peanut sauce but there was no waitress to be found and I was so fed up we just left. The food isn’t cheap and it wasn’t worth the terrible atmosphere and service. I want to state again we were the only ppl in the restaurant so there...
