Cherry Blossom Creamery — Restaurant in Derry Township

We went there last night for the first time, and I have to say, we will now be there often! There was a very good variety of ice cream to choose from, you can sample it if you are unsure if you would like it, and the prices are great! We actually spent less on our family of 5 then we would have of we went to dairy queen. The ladies working were very kind and patient with us being it was our first time. When we arrived it wasn't too busy, but it quickly got busy after we were there. You can sit inside or outside, and has just such a wonderful atmosphere. They also have many different flavors of popcorn for sale as well! My only downfall is that I wish they had a mini cone for younger ones like many other places have. My 2 year old would never be able to eat even the smallest cone there, so we got the kids bowl, which was still way too much for him. Otherwise, the ice cream was top notch. I got the Raven Chocolate and I have to say that is my new favorite ice cream by far! My husband got the pistachio and was very happy with his as well! For all of us we spend about $20. 8/17/24 My daughter found this cute little ice cream place online while on vacation. When we stopped it looked a little busy but...after going inside there was just a group of boys together. There was three young employees 'working'. Actually only the young man was working at first, serving the group of boys and chatting. The two girls on shift were busy talking and laughing with one of the boys that was eating his cone already. Finally one of the girls waited on my husband, but she stated that they weren't serving soft serve today. Needless to say we came out with a package of the creameries pre-made ice cream sandwiches. I was under- impressed to say the least. It was my first time there this evening and most likely my last. My neighbor was there twice and did not enjoy the ice cream she got. Tonight I ordered the Lemon Snap and I tasted NO lemon. The mushy clumps of cookies didn’t even taste like lemon. It only tasted like vanilla. I was very disappointed. My neighbor chose the chocolate peanut butter and she could not taste peanut butter nor was there any peanut butter strips. I know they make the ice cream on site, they really should taste their work and make adjustments accordingly. Like I said, I will not return to this place and I will not...
