Great experience! We live out of the area and had to stop for lunch. We are so glad we chose this Sal’s location. From the moment we entered we knew we made a terrific choice. We were welcomed in with a friendly hello and faced with a yummy selection in the well lit pizza case. I’m not sure about you, but I appreciate when food is presented well. It enhances the experience for me. My son and I chose the pepperoni and bacon and split a slice. (The slice is a quarter of a large pizza). The crust was SO fresh. Every bite made me thankful! Haha. This was a really well prepared pizza. There were many choices available (this was a Tuesday afternoon around 12:45). The salads were also a nice presentation and absolutely fresh. I noticed a comment about not having Coke products, I too like Coke products, but it is probably better to voice your concern so they can bring it back. The dining areas were well maintained and clean. Plenty of seating and great lighting and decor. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit. I ordered on-line. When we went to pick-up, they said they didn't have one of the pizzas i ordered and made me something different. They never called to let me know or ask what i wanted! I told them i didn't want a veggie pizza and asked for the spinach, artichoke pizza, they didn't have that either. They need to update their online menu and should probably retrain their people that if an order cannot be made the way it was placed, to call the person and ask what else they want. So one pizza was done, after a half hour wait, and we had to wait for a new pizza to be made. No effort made by them to make up for their mistake. Food here is not the same after the remodel... dont know what changed. The first time we ordered we were excited because we loved sals! The taste was not the same at all though, and the pickup experience was horrible. The second time we ordered, they got our pizza wrong, and the plain cheese we got had the same weird taste as last time. Not only did we have to drive back to the restraunt to get our correct order because they dont deliver, but they had us return the full size pineapple and ham pizza that was supposed to be a veggie pizza. I know from working in food service, you never accept back food youve given out, even if its untouched and you saw they didnt even touch it. So why do they want the pizza back??? Really weird.
