My friend had ordered through the app and had ordered a sub. When it was delivered they did not make a sub and instead made a salad with bread on the side. The salad had dressings on it that my friend did not order and since they have a severe tree nut allergy could not eat it since the dressing sauce was unknown. No one picked up their phone when my friend tried calling and when I tried calling no one picked up either. With all the other one star reviews this doesn’t surprise me but nonetheless disappointed in the carelessness of the workers as well as the lack of consequences that these employees face for consistently failing. Read moreI just visited this store this evening (5/5/21) when I walked in the sandwich artist was sitting on the counter, not wearing a face mask, and obviously under the influence. (He was talking to himself and giggling under his breath and he was the only worker in the store it seemed.) I will give him props for at least putting on a pair of gloves and attempting to start an order for me but I politely declined and left. Having waited this long, I was especially disappointed to find that my meatball sandwich contained meatballs that were still half frozen. I do not fault the employee, but feel that any manager that leaves a new hire alone on a weekend should not be in charge of a store. I will not be returning to this location for some time...
