KFC — Restaurant in Des Moines

I ordered online hoping to get my food quick and get home so I could enjoy my night with my family. I did anything BUT! I got there and my food and drinks were ready and everything looked like it was all there so I stupidly didn't check it., BIG MISTAKE. I get all the way home only to find that I wasn't just missing food, but I was missing almost HALF of my order! When I called to inquire about it, the woman (self proclaimed manager?) stated that I could come get the missing food or go online and call the KFC number. She then got pushy, asked me "Well, so are you going to come pick up this food or not?" I stated that I really didn't to drive all the way there and come home to cold food. She then said "Well I'm done helping you" and hung up on me! WHO DOES THAT?? I wouldn't be that upset but I spent nearly $70 in the store to not only be treated like garbage, but to barely get half of what I paid for. This is not the first time this has happened to us. Pulled up to the drive-through about 6 o’clock in the evening made my order proceeded to the window. The manager came over and said that they didn’t have any dark meat chicken available. Said it would be 15 minutes. I opted to wait. I also said I wanted to add some of those little fruit bites. They said they were out the attitude of the manager on duty was just like oh well no big deal and then 15 minutes later when I finally get my food the mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese were cold because I’m guessing it was sitting on the counter waiting for the chicken to get done and then they forgot my damn biscuits. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Why is there not a zero star option? First time trying this location as well well as trying their spicy famous bowl combo. Opened my famous bowl and oil was all over the top of it as if someone poured a spoon of oil right over my meal. As if that wasn’t disgusting enough the popcorn chicken was covered with seasoning salt it tasted like. It was supposed to be a Nashville hot sauce but it was a container of seasoning salt making the bowl not edible because it was way too salty. I tried to call 8 - 10 times so that I could speak with someone but kept getting the busy signal as if the phone was off the hook. Very disgusted and disappointed.
