I was in a hurry to head out of town to Nebraska because my grandmother passed away during the quarantine and I hadn't eaten all day. I decided to go to Jimmy John's because they are supposed to be freaky fast. I ordered over the phone before hand because I was in a hurry and wanted to make the food order as quick as possible. When I got there I tried to go through the front door, but it was locked due to the quarantine. So I proceeded down the drive thru lane where this lady in an SUV took 5 MINUTES if not more to order. There was no one behind me so i decided to back up to see if I could get to the drive through window before SUV lady since I called in my order early. Of course by the time I get backed out and to the window the suv lady was at the window already. So I pulled up behind the SUV and waited for her to receive her order. It took FIVE ADDITIONAL MINUTES for her to get her food. FINALLY I get to the window with my disinfected credit card ready and I am told by the Jimmy John's worker that the person behind me was here before me and that I needed to loop back through the drive through. This would have been a reasonable request if I had not just waited behind this SUV for 10 minutes. I then proceed to argue that no, I was here before the car behind me, and the Jimmy John's worker pretty much said I was lying and that I needed to go through the drive through AFTER I HAD WAITED 10 MINUTES. I was already not having a good day, so I was livid. After waiting 10 minutes for not so freaky fast food and receiving such poor customer service I decided Jimmy John's didn't deserve my money and I left without my food. I later called Jimmy Johns to talk to them about what happened and they continued to insist I cutted the person behind me, and that the car behind was there before me. I think it would have been good to know that ordering my food over the phone would not have helped me get my food faster, that I still needed to wait in the drive through line. Read moreIn the past year there have been consistent repeated errors on our orders. They are no longer freaky fast. But they are freaky slow. They take 30 minutes to deliver in extremely close proximity. One time we placed an order online and it said it would be here tomorrow. They were open....it was before 6pm. I had to call ...even then it took atleast an hour AFTER I called! Another time the girl delivering the food was strung out on drugs.
They always leave stuff out of the order. I am starting to think it is deliberate. They say they'll bring it back to us. One time in the past year that did actually happen. All the rest....never see them again. You pay for items you never receive. You call the store and they won't make it right. We always give a 20% tip. I will not purchase from them again...in store...delivery...anything.
Don't leave a message telling me to go to another page and fill out feedback. This is your feedback. I don't know what kind of business you are running. But it doesn't appear to be a good one. I wouldn't shop...

Sat in drive through for well over half hour. 2 cars had already gotten out of the line (1 of which was screaming and cussing towards the drive through window. Pulled up to the speaker to order and nobody said a word for exactly 10 minutes, then I finally dropped a "hello?" and an immediate reply of "yeah i'll be with you as soon as I can". Then another 7 minutes passed and finally my order was taken, then a long pause and was asked another time what I wanted. Then pulled around and waited behind the car in front of me for another 10 minutes, and finally got the window and could see the mess of receipts and food all over the place. I did feel bad because the 3 employees looked miserable so I was very kind in giving them my card to pay and waiting for the ONE sandwich I ordered..
