If I could give a negative star amount I definitely would…..CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIDE THE STORE AS WELL AS WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER TODAY IS BEYOND ME…..I Ordered food at 11:03 by 11:14 it was marked out for delivery by 12:15 still no delivery so I called to ask where my order was got placed on hold for 10 mins while on lunch break so I hung up and called back tried to place me on hold again I said umm no I wanted to know where my order was dude replied with “uhhhh right here” I said so your telling me that my food has been just sitting there for over a hour getting “nasty” he replied with yup I said just cancel that I’m not paying or eating something that has been sitting there for that long…..about 10 minutes later the world rudest driver shows up like nothing is wrong when I stated I had canceled that order he snatched up the order and made a rude comment while walking out the door to my job…..then I tried to call and speak to the manager got placed on hold for 30 mins called back placed on hold again but I’m at work I can’t hold like that so I...

Placed my order online at 11:54am. Called the store around 12:35pm as this seems like an excessive wait. In past orders I’ve received turn times of 10-15 minutes. Once the order was received at 12:48pm i immediately noticed my sandwich wasn’t correct I ordered a customized Turkey Tom everything was correct except there was ham instead of Turkey. Called the store back and was offered no refund. They wanted to send out another sandwich. At this point I don’t want to wait another 30 minutes. So I left them know if they couldn’t provide a refund I wouldn’t frequent the shop again. Mind you I order at least 1-2 times a week. The manager said “okay, bye” and that was it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order through DoorDash. I waited over and hour before calling the store because my order had yet to arrive, when I called he said they were busy but my food was on the way. No big deal. I waited about 30 more minutes, when it said my food was here I went to grab it. Mind you, I had been watching but didn’t seen anyone arrive, MY FOOD WAS NOT THERE. I then called the store, and asked to speak to a manager. He proceeded to tell me his driver said she dropped it off and he is taking her word for it and refused to remake my order. His name was Evan. Very unprofessional as he laughed on the other end. I will not return to this location or any Jimmy Johns location...
