The main food was decent, and the chips were stale and cold. First time our family never ate the chips at a restaurant. The food looked great, and actually, we got it very fast even if it was a little cold, but not too bad. A bit concerning for me, it makes me feel the food has been cooked for hours and is now being heated up and served. Service was okay. While we are handed our menus, we are asked what we want to drink, and my family asks for 2 cokes and a spite. I had no idea the coke products were glass bottles, hence no refills. The Pepsi products are fountain and refillable. The waitress did not say anything. The menu is as big as the cheesecake factory. OMG... Prices were all wrong as well. I ordered 2 dishes that she said was 12.99=25.98 (6 tacos) and 2 items that were 14.99 =29.98 + 5.99. =61.95 + 4 drinks ?14. Some how the bill came out to 88.40+tax=95.68. It should have been 75.95 + tax. That's a huge price difference on menu vs bill. Then she didn't give me a receipt and told me to just pay, ummmm...what. can I have my bill. Not sure if the prices are higher also due to paying with a card vs cash, but I wasn't informed of that either. That's a big up charge for paying with a debt card. Wish I could find my receipt to upload. I will upload it, if I find it. Never...

My mother and I ordered two chimichanga meals, a chori pollo dinner for my husband to take home, a tamal and chips with chorizo queso dip. The website sends you to an Iowa food delivery company. An entire meal was not delivered. My mother called the restaurant and explained. The woman working this evening that answered the phone was extremely rude, cutting her off and telling her she could have store credit for the meal. When asked how to get the food here because they're not replacing the delivery fee and my mother has no vehicle, the woman kept repeating the store credit offer. She continued to loudly interrupt, explaining that the order was right but their waitress wrote it down incorrectly from the online order. She refused to help out when delivery was in question.

The chimichanga was soggy, the chori pollo portion was tiny and the cheese dip was extremely watery in the dip and on the chimichanga.

All of this could have been looked over, had the service not been absolutely abominable.

I hope this is one of few bad reviews but if the service is that appalling at all times, the staff needs to be...

I order a carryout, my seafood enchiladas had 1 shrimp in each enchilada and it was cold in fact everything I ordered was cold except the sour cream that was melted on top of a cold slice of tomato, the service was worse than the cold food. I get there to pick it up and it's already paid for and the food is ready to go in the bag but she tells me to wait a minute and takes a carryout order from the guy that came in after me and than seats another person after that and gets him chips salsa and a drink while I'm still waiting for my food that's sitting on the counter finally I get my order and have to come back in for the salsa they didn't put in the bag, she sees me and keeps making drinks for another carry-out and ignoring me until 5 minutes go by and I have to walk over to her and ask for the salsa and she still keeps working on the other carryout . She gives mey salsa and the person who shows up after me is walking out with his order that was placed 35 minutes after mine. The prices have gone up for horrible service and cold food with skimpy portions , I can't wait to...
