Absolutely delicious ! The presentation and aroma...the singe on the asada...the chorizo along with Verde and Rojo sauce absolutely 🔥 I will 100% be back ! I always like to start off with the carne asada tacos because if you can't get that right than I don't wanna do business. I always go at least on sauced up and one as is and all was delicious!! Something a little different is the cheese on these. Normally I don't find cheese in the street tacos...and it was 🔥 Even the tortillas are on point, not falling apart. I stopped by here on my way home from the East side of Des Moines (it was convenient). They were a little busy, but nothing to drastic, 2 people had orders before mine and then 2 people came right after my order. I had a few minutes wait but nothing that would stop me from coming back. I hate hate leaving bad reviews for la raza but the tacos didn’t have much flavor. And the salsa was watered down. 2.5/5 Everyone knows if the salsa isn’t right than the tacos are prob the same. I ordered asada, lengua, chorizo, carnitas. The were small but the price fit the size. My preferred taco was the lengua. Other than that I hope they update their recipes. I wish...
