Super friendly fast service, messed up my order but made it super right and delicious... yummy broccoli 🥦 Au Jus is nasty but if that is the worst thing wrong they are ok with me!!! Thnx Cody my cookie was 😋😋😋

4/27 tonight about 7pm this review is different than the first one. Supposed to be romaine salad all iceberg They spazzed and threatened to ban me. No need I won’t come back. said we stole a cookie on camera. when they give us one everytime we come in. In reality it was because I refuse to go to one particular girl to order. We don’t click she is rude to me and I am rude to her. I apologized for thinking we could have a cookie I tried to pay for it. I was told by the manager I dnt care about the cookie I had to have my co workers back. I personally tried to avoid the girls lane nobody else was open to help me. Then the manager admitted she had a hard day while damn near in tears. This was way more than about a cookie. Also accused me of complaining too much said I complained about puree in my drink before when I don’t even order drinks there. Well what do I know you know they say all black people look alike. So she has me confused I never order DRINKS there mam! Anyways I dnt think it was worth being hung up on 3xs and threatened to be banned over a cookie. I apologize once again for assuming we can have a cookie since they let us but um explain this 12.00 salad that is all ice burg lettuce with rotten strawberries that is supposed to be a spring mix?! I was told you stole a cookie how dare you complain and that ice-burg lettuce and spring mix is next to each other so OWell… That photo is all iceburg and rotten strawberries on what is supposed to be a spring mix salad and chicken fat.(yuck) Dear McCalisters I think you got your cookie paid for and then some with this salad. Thank you will not be returning Sorry for the issue with your cashier we just don’t click. She is rude to me so I am rude to her! She is the only one out of 3 years I have a problem with! So no need to ban over a cookie but please email me here I am still willing to drop or mail 3.00 for the cookie. Also everything I have complained about is legit including this salad. They have forgotten stuff several times with my food always made it right and I appreciate that but she accused me of trying to get free stuff. I will take pictures of any food from any where from here out because I guess we are not supposed to say anything because if we do we are trying to get free stuff. Look at the reviews they mess up or forget stuff all the time we have even got home before and had someone else’s food! Tonight was a shit show. I tried to talk to her I guess it didn’t work out.

We started out as a group of 5 adults and 1 18 month old headed to the Deli. Celebrating our son’s birthday, all of our other kids quickly joined in so our party of 5 1/2 became 10 1/2 really quickly.

We went in around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon.

The staff was incredible and with it being our first time, everything from the arrival, entry, ordering, eating and finishing up was a first.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be back.

We ordered several things but were so busy visiting and eating we all forgot to get photos.

Chicken tortilla soup, chili, huge various spuds, several deli sandwiches, kids pizza, macaroni, cheesecake and cookies/brownies. Strawberry tea, unsweetened tea….everything was a thumbs up and given a 10. The Cuban Sandwich could have had a little bit less mustard but honestly it was good.

Thank you to all who took orders, cooked and prepped the food, the staff who brought our food out and who cleared the tables while also asking if we’d like refills-thank you!!!

Your establishment would make a great model of what people want when they’re spending $$ for a good meal and good...

I used to love this place and store. Great food and fast service. I use the app to get the rewards and an easy ordering experience. However the last 3 times I have ordered I have had many issues. Including food not being picked up or delivered and being promised from managers that I will get a refund or a gratuity gift card in the mail. I have never gotten the refund or anything in the mail. What once was my favorite place will now be a place I never return to.

EDIT 05-30-22. Even more issues! I tried to place an order through the app. It kept declining my card which has more than enough money. On top of this they took the money out of my account. I was hung up on twice. Plus they never saw an order for me in the system. I am beyond done and this place should be shut down from an online stand point since they can't at all figure out their online or delivery system. I absolutely will never give this store another chance....
