I waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes to order while the kid standing there taking drive-thru orders didn’t acknowledge me at all. I wasn’t wanting to use the kiosk at all. The other very rude guy that was doing absolutely nothing told the nice lady that was sweeping the floor to use the kiosk to place my order and I said no. Then the manager lady came up to take my order. I like specific things done and I am willing to pay extra for any of it. Like a cup of Mayo from the back. Needless to say after waiting another 10 minutes to get my order I look into the bag for the Mayo and it was packets. I asked if I could not have these and get what I ordered. He took the packets, tossed them to the counter behind him came back with my request, slammed it on the counter, said Merry Christmas and walked away. At this point I was nearly fed up. Then I opened my sandwich to find it was missing something so the nice lady sweeping the floors went and got what I wanted and I walked to the counter to meet her. Then the super rude guy took his hand, slapped his leg and very rude to the manager said she has a complaint. Read moreNot one to complain usually unless I deal with bad service but this mcdonalds is terrible. They never can get my order right and are always rude. I order condiments at the order screen as I am aware the store charges for these. When I get up to window one I have to tell the man I would like 4 said sauces again. He placed the sauces on my order and I proceeded to window two. This is where I was informed that I would have to pay 50 cents a piece. I attempted to explain that I had order them and they are my receipt. The old manager by the name of Sheryl, who was recently demoted due to her attitude towards customers, proceeded to argue with me, raise her voice, and tell me that the man in window one did not charge me for my sauces and that I would need to pay for them. I informed Sheryl that I would not be paying for these as I asked twice and they were on my receipt if the man in window one didn’t charge me for them then it was my problem. Read moreI went last night on 10/10 at exactly 10 pm. The Lobby was already closed which i thought was unusual bc i was told they closed at 11. i then went to the first lane of drive thru, all the lights were off and no one was attending me. i then noticed the 2nd lane had lights on the menu board so i drove around hoping i’d be attended. already being mad that they couldn’t have simply closed off the first lane to avoid cars from trying to order from a Off a Menu that was closed. when getting to the 2nd lane there was already a car in front of us. at first we thought it was the lady who was taking forever to order. exactly 20 mins passed and finally we asked her what was taking so long (there was already a lot of cars lined up on both lanes). she said the employees had put her on hold and never got back to her. she finally got impatient and drove off. i went up next to the menu board. i wasn’t even greeted. they let me sit there. not even 2 mins later i drove around the building to look inside and i saw plenty of workers !!!! & no one could take a damn meal. what a disappointment. night crew should definitely...
