Thinking of going here for a quick meal with your family? DON'T Just Don't.
3610 Merle Hay Road.
I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
The drive through person was overly abrupt and rude while taking my order. When I recieved my order, it was incorrect. Not only incorrect.....the food was not in wrappers, but instead appeared to be handled roughly, smashed and crumbled. One bun had part of the bun missing and resembled bite marks. Wrappers were free floating inside the bag. Fries completely upside down. The whole order appeared to literally be thrown in a bag. I was disgusted and appalled and certainly not willing to feed my family such a meal. I went into the lobby to request my order be replaced. The 'manager' was not only rude, but utterly disrespectful. When another customer tried to tell the manager he was being rude to me, the manager told him "I don't care, I don't want you people and your kind in here anyway" Not only did the man and his family leave, 3 other families left without placing an order, another family left mid-meal. Leaving their unfinished food on the table as they left.
The manager told me I should set a better example than complaining in front of my child. (My grandson) it's a sad day when an 8 year old child is not only brought into this situation, but demonstrated more manners and respect then the man running the location. This "manager" obviously has no understanding of what customer service means and should not be interacting with customers. Management is the face of each location and should be leading by example with high expectations for the store he is responsible for.
The location was visibly dirty. I would be interested in the opinion of the state health department concerning the state of the location as well as the manner in which my food was given to me. One would think, with all the negative press the corporation has recieved recently, a member of management and face of the location would at the very least, apologize for the problems and correct this issues with a smile on his face for paying customers, not drive them out the door. Luckily, I was given a refund, as I would not have eaten any food from this place.
Save yourself and your family the disrespectful and horrible service...and poor food handling/health risk.

Read moreAfter I took my order from the drive-thru, I went to pay for my food. When the woman working was giving me my change, she accidently gave me more money than she was supposed to. Everything was alright, it was probably just a mistake. But when I received my order, it was wrong. Luckily, I always check my food and keep my receipts incase something like this happens. I told the man working that the order was wrong and took the bag with an irritated look on his face. Nothing was wrong, it was probably another mistake. But I waited in my car for about 15 minutes and I see through the window with him working with other orders! I don't complain or anything but was starting to feel annoyed. Later, he gives me the bag but the order was still wrong! I politely say the order was incorrect again and the worker took the bag again with a sigh. I wait for an extra 10 minutes with him STILL working with other orders! The worker gives me the bag and the order was STILL wrong! He takes the bag aggressively and turns quickly like if he was angry. I waited even more and gave me the bag. He forgot a few items. So now I had to tell him he forgot more stuff. I nicely told the worker he forgot some food and drinks. He was over it, he just tells me "You ask for too much, don't you" as he grabbed the bag. He finally got everything correct but the drinks were literally different drinks and sizes than what I asked for. I couldn't take telling him again he got my order wrong anymore because I didn't want to cause any trouble, so I just drove away. This was by far the worst experience I had at this location. Customers, please remember to keep your receipts and check your bags. And don't be afraid to...
Read morePlaced our order on the kiosk. Wanted to pay cash. Waited at the register to pay for 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment from the manager and employee standing 10 feet away, who did see us. Employee came to ring us out. Had to ask for cups for drinks. Went to get a diet Dr. Pepper. Syrup was out. It sounded like the drive-through was busy, which must be the only service these employees care about because we were pushed to the side because of how busy it was. We opted for dine in, which typically means our food is brought to us. The manager yelled out everything in bags she brought out (23 minutes from the time I placed my order, others who had been waiting for their food when we arrived definitely waited longer), but didn't wait for anyone to come up. So when I got up to get my dine in order, which should have been brought to my table, 3 people were digging through my bag of food (not on a dine in tray). So that's cool, other people's disgusting hands in my food. If you aren't going to wait to make sure the correct people get the correct food, the bags could be labeled at the very least. We had ordered a Grimace meal and had to ask for the shake. While we waited, my son used the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. But there was a stack of napkins on the dispenser. This means someone was clearly alerted that there was no toilet paper in the men's room. I guess next time, we will go through the drive-through, since those are the only customers who get service with any sense of urgency...
