I am beyond disgusted with the disrespectful, argumentive, hostile attitude, and absolute worst service I have ever received from a subway employee!
My husband and I went to grab subs to start our day of errands and what should have been a wonderful start to our beautiful day off. My husband ordered two footlong egg flatbread sandwiches. One to enjoy then one for later. No cheese or meat items. My husband asked for extra green bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes, Baja chipotle, and black pepper prior to toasting. The extremely rude, hostile, unprofessional employee making the sandwich put 6 slices of bell pepper on it, my husband asked for more the guy argued with him and said that couldn't happen, quote "it's not possible or allowed" This guy proceeded to flip the sandwich recipe card around and continued to argue that he couldn't get more than 6 slices of green peppers. My husband stood his ground and had to continue to ask 7 additional times to have extra green peppers on his sandwich. He was not trying to be difficult or get a heaping amount but when someone wants extra they want more than 6 slices of green pepper. Plus there is not an upcharge for extra veggies and like I said he wasn't expecting anything out of his normal order. The subway employee continued to give a very hostile attitude and roll his eyes. My husband had to ask 7 additional times for extra green peppers on his second egg flatbread sandwich. We honestly will never return to that location, we will be submitting a Google review, and sharing the word about our very unprofessional experience.
If that franchisee is that close to closing their doors that they cannot accommodate anymore than 6 slices of green peppers on entire footlong then perhaps as corporate you should close it for them as to not continue to hurt the subway brand. Bottom line green peppers were the only thing he asked for extra. The egg flatbread, no cheese, no meat, even with extra green peppers, 6 slices of tomatoes, 6 slices of onions, Baja chipotle sauce, and black pepper there was still a profit turned on both of those sandwiches.
I hope to hear back from someone as to what will be done to address this hostile, rude, horrible and unprofessional experience. Honestly perhaps that franchisee owner needs to be reevaluated in staying open for business with subway if his/hers finances are so tight, that they can't meet the customers needs when it comes to veggies which currently and for my entire life (37 years) have never had an upcharge. Not to mention such hostile and rude treatment wanting extra of just one veggie.
If they treat more customers like that, with the Google review and word mouth works perhaps it won't be a corporate decision on whether they remain open for business. They are plenty of other subway locations that do not treat their paying...
Read moreI had previously given ovation a very good review, but I am editing that review today due to employee change, and the way they treat customers. I go to this location all the time as it is right down the street from my house, recent they've acquired some new employees that are extremely rude. They are rude to me everyone i go there. So today I go in, there are 3 emotes working, nobody acknowledges me at all, after 5 min. Of standing there polity waiting, I am asked what I need, I tell them, the oldest one of the 4 employees, who by the way have me a look when I walked in like he wished I would drop dead, asks me if I'm using a coupon, I say yes, he proceeds to turn hi back on me and tell one of the other employees to come help me. The youngest one of the 3 proceeds to tell me very rudely, that they aren't taking coupons anymore! Now I'm not upset at the fact that they aren't taking coupons anymore, I am upset by the I was treated! I am always very polite when I goin there as I am when I go anywhere, and everyone have been treated rudely by these certain employees, but today took the cake. The surely looks, ignoring me for 5 min, and then simply turning your back and walking away is unacceptable. I am a server, and I have NEVER treated a customer this way for any reason!! Idk if it's because I'm a woman, or if it's the coupons or a combination of both, but either way you DO NOT treat people that way!! What they didn't realize is, yes I use a coupon, but I usually leave the difference in price as a tip! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE...

Ordered 2 foot longs. One was turkey One was cold cut. The Turkey meat was literally discolored and gray. "Subway Eat Fresh" ??? Where? Turkey is supposed to be a light pink color. Not gray. Lettuce is supposed to be green. Not green and brown. Cucumbers should not be floppy. My cold cut was smothered in Mayo and sweet onion to the point where the bread was extremely soggy and falling apart. Ordered it on 10/01/2018 in the afternoon. I literally almost threw up and only took 1 bite before throwing it away. BOTH sandwiches were thrown away. Called to complain on 10/02/18 and was told that a manager would be at the Restaurant on 10/03 in the afternoon. Called back that day a few times to learn that there was no manager present and was told by this lady to call back today (10/04) around 11am. My fiancee called back around 1130am and got a huge attitude and grumpy tone from Brittney who said that the person who told us to call was wrong. She said to call back at 2pm. I called back at 3pm. STILL NO MANAGER! So the lady said to call back at 4pm. And guess what??? STILL NO MANAGER!!!! I provided them my contact info but still no call back? This is so disappointing, we are here a few times a week. NOT ANYMORE!
