Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Des Peres

I have been to this place a few times & for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order🙄. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich & ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly & prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly & someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy & getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... My coworkers and I order 5 subs and one chocolate chip cookie via Grub Hub... The order arrived on time and my cookie was missing. I know that it was 50 cents, but I was really wanting that cookie. I called the store to ask that my 50 cent be credited to my account...he advised that he was unable to because they could not see the transaction portion of my order and that I had to contact Grub Hub...Is that true??? I went today for lunch since there isn't a Jersey Mikes near where I live, and they were so awesome about it being my first time! The lady who made my sandwich was patient and understanding, and I felt so welcomed! The guy who checked me out was excellent too! I loved the staff, and the sandwich was super good too!
