I had faithfully been going to this location every two weeks for lunch. Back in November 2022, I placed my order at the drive-thru and requested a sweet ice tea with light ice. When I got to the window, I was handed my ice tea but there was no ice. I am assuming the ice melted quickly. I asked the young lady for a cup of ice and she just stared at me. She asked me to repeat what I had asked her and I did. I even explained that the light ice had melted. She said, "didn't you ask for light ice?" I told her yes and explained that the ice had melted. She stared at me again with a smirk on her face. So I stared back at her wondering whether or not she was going to get the cup of ice. She didn't say anything and slowly turned around and closed the window. When she opened the window she handed me my food and the cup of ice. I have never been treated so rudely. Needless to say, I have not been back to Cane's ever since. This girl was black, with a gap in her teeth and the name printed on the receipt was "Abbey." She may not be working there at this point with an attitude like that. However, if she is, she really needs to learn how to treat paying customers with respect. Her attitude turned me off to returning to...

Went through this drive through yesterday and what a fiasco. Tried to order chicken sandwiches and was told they had no buns. So we so we tried to order just chicken fingers, but were told our two orders had to be in a single container because they didn't have enough containers for each order (??). The drive through line took over 30 minutes. This fast food chain has FIVE menu items...and takes over 30 minutes to get a customer from ordering to eating? The employee on the ordering speaker had a massive attitude; but the guy at the pay window was great. It took 20+ minutes to get to the pay window; and after paying, it still took another 10 minutes to toss 12 chicken fingers and a Cane's sauce in a box and hand it to us. This location has serious problems. Avoid it.

Edit: more than a year later and have been back a couple times to dine inside, and the difference is night and day. Staff seem really great each time, restaurant is clean, and inventory has not had any deficiencies since that first visit. No need to avoid this location at...

WOW. Kindness and courtesy is definitely a focus at this location and it shows. I was about 50 minutes late to pick up a curbside mobile order and the store seemed pretty busy. I called to ask if it would be easier for me to come inside... once they saw that my order had been sitting for a while, they offered to remake it and bring it out to me. This was already SO KIND considering it is my own fault I was late. Here's the kicker though: it only took them about five minutes to remake it, then the young woman who answered the phone an a man who seemed to be a store manager both brought it out to me and APOLOGIZED that I had to wait! Even though it was entirely my fault and the wait was not even long at all. I work in the food service industry and this level of kindness is often unheard of but so appreciated, especially because they seemed busy but sent out two people to clear up the situation. Oh and the food is great...

This was the first time eating at Raising Cane's ( I know this place has been around forever. Why is it your first time ever eating here)? I must say the service was excellent! The chicken was juicy, hot, and tasted absolutely fabulous! The chicken was just fine with or without the cane sauce because I did try both ways. The fries were well done, not overcooked they were hot as well, and the coleslaw was a mayo type coleslaw, which I am appreciative of. If I had anything to complain about, it would be that the Texas toast probably needed more garlic butter, and the sweet tea to my liking was not sweet enough. The wait staff was really friendly! And the bathrooms were super duper clean! I will definitely be making another trip back to Raising Cane's soon for some more chicken fingers because they were outstanding!

I was in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. The person in front of me got tired of waiting and got out of line. When I got to the window I was handed a 20oz coke, but I ordered a 32oz tea and had to hand the coke back. Then I was asked twice what I had ordered and had to wait for my order to be put together. My chicken tenders were not as good as they have been before at other locations and they were very small - see attached photo. The fries were a bit soggy. The next time I want Cane's I will be going to a different location.

Took my doggo for his last meal 😭🌈🐶, he had a 6 piece with double bread and fries and loved every bite, he let me have some too and I concur it was delish. There's a little shaded and tree lined area behind the restaurant and it provided the perfect last outdoor outing for my old boy. It seemed fitting for his last meal since I believe this is named after a dog (Cane). Well, my Harley had a wonderful meal at a wonderful place ❤️💔 great last memories for us, so thank you for that!
