Worst experience ever! Cashier was only taking one order at a time⦠I mean she would take the order at speaker and collect payment and hand out food to customer at window BEFORE taking the next order⦠I sat in line for 30 mins before getting to window where they refused to accept a coupon over the phone (from official churchās chicken website).. asked for manager was told no manager was there then all of a sudden he pops up with an apron on and sweat covering his face. He agreed to take mobile coupon then walked away after I asked him if he was aware of how cashier (drive thru attendant) was taking orders.. he never returned.. I was in drive their line for over an hour. I knocked on window and beeped horn all to no avail⦠they were indeed ignoring me. I had my son with me.. he has severe special needs was having a melt down for the majority of the time because he wanted his chicken and mashed potatoes.. weāre about to leave⦠Iām writing this from the drive thru window.. I called the corporate number while sitting here and they took a report but said they canāt call store direct.. they took my name, number and email address and assured me theyād resolve it and I will here back from them⦠weāll see⦠I donāt have a lot of faith in this company anymore⦠sucks too because we prefer churchās to most other fast food chicken places⦠I canāt say for certain Iāll never have churchās again but I guarantee I will never come to this location...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAWFUL! Sarah was incredibly rude. One of the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. I was in the drive through picking up an Uber eats order and she screamed at me, more than once, that I needed to come inside to grab the order.
The moment I walked in it didn't stop her from aggressively speaking to me. She was with a different customer, so the lady that was helping me, ( whoever she was, she was such the sweetest lady. I didn't have the chance to grab her name because of Sarah aggressively coming at me ) so, then when the other lady working with Sarah grabbed my order and I asked her what her the name of the lady who was working drive through and she told me her name.
Sarah then proceeded to pull off her headset and asked me why I didn't ask her myself what her name was. I proceeded to say I thought you were helping the customer that was clearly right in front of her - I explained I didn't wanna be rude and interrupt her from taking care of the customer she was and that's when she pulled off her headset and came at me telling me, I'm nothing but a door dasher and to go out and do the door dashes as she was throwing her arms all up in air.
