We both ordered the half pound corned beef with cheese on grilled rye. It was a tasty sandwich. It was a huge sandwich. I could only eat half of it and took the rest home. I think their prices are great considering the food that they give you and the portions look huge. I saw a grilled chicken salad that looked fantastic. Someone also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that looked great. you definitely get your moneys worth. The sandwich also comes with a delicious pickle.- Service was wonderful and fast- we were seated by multiple Detroit’s awesome police officers💙💙💙. If they enjoy eating there, I know that has to be a great place.💜

The best corned beef in the city!! They uses Wiggly's corned beef and its so so good!! Good prices. Go here quite often for breakfast and cornbeef sandwiches. Their my go to for a good sandwich. Cornbeef egg rolls are so tasty Update: I go here a lot a least once a month for the past few years now. Went recently they have new menus that I posted. This time I took a pic of my cornbeef hash and cornbeef cheeseburger that we get sometimes. Like always they were amazing!

We came for lunch on a Saturday. Typically packed everyday. Today wasn't so crazy so we dined in. Pastrami, soup and a chicken wrap. The place was clean and service was excellent. Everything we ordered was made fresh and served hot. Extensive menu and it was hard to choose. There's a market attached for meats and other items. That was also clean and well organized. 25$ for two no drinks, with a tip. I'd travel to the city again to eat here. Highly recommend.

By far, the best corned beef, I've ever had. It was fantastic! The portions are great for the price and the staff is friendly. We got to meet the owner, Vic and he made the experience even better. So if you're down at the eastern market and hungry, stop in and get the big wiggly sandwich. The salads are huge too! Even the Chili cheese fries are great. Definitely a must try and figure out how soon you can come back to try other stuff like the breakfasts.

Today was my first and last time visiting this place after being referred by a coworker. I ordered the 1/2 lb corned beef sandwich and was grossly disappointed. I had more lettuce and tomatoes than meat. It doesn't even look like 1/4 lb was given. I called and the manager, she claims the meat shriveled on the grill. That's a ridiculous and pitiful excuse. For $15 I expect what I asked for. To make matters worse half of my fries were cold or undercooked.

For a small deli attached to a grocery store, Ib wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised! All the food was fresh and properly seasoned. Portion size was huge. The attached photo is the chicken ceaser salad and 1lb Frank's sandwich. The corned beef was delicious and the bread was super soft and fresh. My wife said the chocolate cake was really tasty too. Pepsi products and real brewed unsweet tea is available.
