Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

Horrible experience tonight. I had to come back to have my pizza remade due to it being burnt. Upon waiting in the lobby, the guy who had on a red shirt in the back is in charge of making the pizza dough then adding sauce. Well I was looking on the camera monitor and he kept pulling his phone out swiping while two other employees (including the lady cashier) was all around looking at his phone, HE NEVER TOOK THE GLOVES OFF. I literally watched him pull his phone out 3 times then pat the dough out with the same black gloves. That was so disgusting. I will not be returning to this location. Then the girl had an attitude with me because I ask to have it remade, I should've been the one with an attitude for having to come back out in this cold weather tonight. The 1st young lady who drive the red suv left eary, she was really nice but the other one whom im assuming is closing tonight, has a horrible attitude. Im only sure it was because the owner wasnt they're tonight but these employees should no better. What'ss the harm in changing your gloves. 01/18/25 @ 9:05pm to 9:25pm. Worst customer service ever. We ordered a pizza Saturday night. The pizza dough was 100% raw. Took one bite an spilt it out. We had the receipt, took pictures of the potentially poisonous pizza, we actually still had that pizza in the box.. When I called back she said I waited too long 72 hours and there’s nothing she can do about it because of the time. Oh I’m sorry I didn’t know your time policy for when you can complain about your dangerous food. I told the manger that we are not from this city, and this was my first time back since sat night. And she was so rude! she started argument with me on the phone and then hung up. They do not care about serving uncooked pizzas. Just think about what their bathrooms, food storage, fridge or the kitchen looks like at that place. Another review I read said they had no AC, I bet they don’t care if their sweat drips into your pizza. I will be calling the FDA or whoever I can and make official complaint on this place. If she just talked to me kindly and corrected their mistake. I would of done nothing. And maybe my complaint won’t make a difference, but it will when they keep stacking up those complaints. 0 stars if i could. Very horrible customer service from "THE MANAGER" according to him. I called ordered a burger chili cheese fries, mac and cheese, stuffed pepperoni bread and a turkey and cheese sub. Asked questions about if banana peppers coming on the sub and Italian dressing he says yes i say ill take that with ranch as well. Foods delivered in 20 minutes no sub. Ok call back order it again getting charged delivery again btw. 45 minutes pass and still no sub i call and ask about the sub and i get complete attitude from said "manager". Saying hes waiting on the driver. He proceeded to tell me i never told him i wanted the sub even though i did started yelling at me and telling me he doesnt have time to deal with him messing up my order and trying to overcharge me.
