KFC — Restaurant in Detroit

Well I came into KFC to sit an chill as I wait for my car battery to finish charging at the auto store, In the meanwhile I started downloading the KFC app while in store just patiently awaiting not rushing. They were already moving slow having fun enjoying their workless hour lol. When the manager on duty approached the window asking me did I order yet an I asked her not to rush me because the app was taking all day to download an I wanted me points becuz KFC is my favorite place to eat. Everything has been nice smooth laughter fun an games ,then the next manager on duty came through the door with an attitude, an everything went left. When I asked about the spicy chicken an how long the wait will be, she instantly started yelling hurry up with this mfer order,all I wanted to do was offer my choice to be switched to original instead of waiting for fresh hot out the grease chicken so I could eat right away, she came back to the window threw my food into the window, we then exchanged words as I told her I do Reviews on Google, She then goes to the back i dont know what happened but she started yelling at a male in the back askung him over an over to leave as he refused then she. Clocked him out,then he came out yelling talking trash, when I said she walked in with an attitude, he then goes off an say that is my momma you're talking about I'll be at the f outta me started calling me bum,me myself I havent had a good fight in a minute an after all the name calling i took him up on his offer an stepped outside as suggested when two More employees came out to join into his word calling i offered to beat all three up but they where just all words. I will be keeping a track to see what will happen to these disgruntled employees at KFC on 7 mile and the lodge freeway. All my years as a GM my employees have never gotten out of order with a guest an would be immediately discharged if so. I'm always here at all KFC in my area an will be back to check to see if anything was done to these 3 employees and one Manager. This happened approximately at 4:48 after receiving my order...

The KFC was ABSOLUTELY awful!!!! My Mother ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches and 1 small frie

We were in the drive thru. I gave the cashier a $20.00 bill. She gave me back $1.11 in change. I asked her for a receipt. She told me she couldn't give me a receipt. I asked her why? She then replied, I can take a screenshot of my screen. I gave her my device, and she took a picture..

What was on the screen was not my order. She never rang my order. I asked for a Manager who was standing there the entire time. I am so glad that I was with my Mother on this day. Clearly they do this all the time. I told them I would be reporting them. They never gave me a receipt.

They were clearly cheating us. I asked the Manager for a corporate number. She said she didn't have one to give me. I told her as a customer I should be able to get a receipt. I told her I know they are trying to cheat us. I went on to tell her that I would be reporting her to KFC Corporate, The BBB and anyone else that would listen.

It was then that she said if you have a $1.00 bill I will take that and give you $5.00 back.

This was absolutely unconscionable that they would try to cheat customers and picket the money. I was absolutely appalled.

I went to this location today to purchase lunch and the service was HORRIBLE. I went to the counter to place my order and was told I have to use the kiosk I couldn't place my order at the window. After I placed my order at the kiosk, I went to the counter and the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I was trying to ask a question about my food, she turned the speaker off and walked away from me. She turned and said " Don't you see I'm busy" as I tried to get her attention to ask a question about the food I purchased, she waved me off. She came back and asked if I paid and I told her yes and she continued to walk away from the window. I asked for a refund, and I was informed they can't give me a refund. She continued to walk away from the window never acknowledging me or my concern. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund as she pushed my food to me. I got home and not only was My food OLD and COLD, they gave me original instead of spicy, they forgot my chicken pot pie and my chicken had feathers on it.
