Wall Street Ultra Lounge — Restaurant in Detroit

This is a nice place and play great music but I want be coming back because of 3 reasons they charge a up charge for liquor without evening telling you when you get the bill you ask and they tell you have to pay for a liquor up charge but I thought when you buy your favorite drink the liquor comes in there when you tell them but this place don’t you buy the name of the drink then you pay for them to put the liquor in which is stupid this why I would never come up back because they getting down make sure yall check yall receipts and the waiters there lazy as hell they don’t check on you they just sitting around get they free gratuity tip and one of them waiters took my card number and brought stuff with my credit card I had to call my bank in get my money back and cancel my card they went on a whole shopping spree and how I know it was them they was the last to swipe my card this whole place is full of scammers Beware of the place they getting down on people this is terrible how they can do people like this make sure if yall go here go with them when they swipe your card this place cannot...

The waitresses were nice but they didn't know the menu too well. The Long Island I ordered was served in a short glass. And charged $15 not worth it. I said long Island are severd in tall glass she 1st said we don't have any glasses for that well my water glass was tall . She brought the drink back with the water glass and the same drink I order in the small glass. I ordered steak bites. They were tender, but they were big, too big to be maybe should have been cut in half. what's on the menu is not what you receive when you order steak bites. And the menu said steak bites with onions and mushrooms serve with a pita bread. No mushrooms, no Pita Bread. It would be a nice spot. Needs to stop OVER CHARGING FOR DRINKS 1ST. please get the menu together with the cook interesting plates on menu. Give you the proper glasses for your drinks...

I recently visited Wall Street Ultra Lounge and unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The service was weird , with the staff appearing disorganized and inattentive. I felt like I was constantly waiting, whether it was for a menu, a drink, or the check.

The atmosphere was also not what I expected. The music was excessively loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. Moreover, the cleanliness of the venue left much to be desired, particularly in the restrooms.

To add to this, the drinks and food were overpriced for the quality offered. Despite its promising reputation, Wall Street Ultra Lounge did not meet my expectations. I hope they can make improvements in these areas to enhance the overall...
