Manhattan Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

I placed a call in order and my total was $23. And some change. I ordered 2 15pc shrimp meal placed at $7.99 a meal plus 4 corn on the cob witch is $3.29 I also ordered a order of cauliflower priced at $3.29. When I went into the restaurant to pay for my telephone order. They never wrote nothing I ordered down there fore I never received my cauliflower. I went back to either get my food that I paid for or get my money back. The dude I. The pics took my phone order and treated me like I was stupid. Like I don’t know how much money I had. Please don’t go their to the one on Livernois and McNichols. They don’t line black ppl and they aim is to get us for our money. I’m taking further actions but I felt like the media needed to know...

I was a steady customer up until the service became Terrible and the employees are disrespectful to their customers. I waited an extra 30 mins for my food to be done. I finally got home to enjoy my catfish nuggets but instead I had chicken tenders. I drive back to return my order told the manager this is the wrong order. He takes the food looks at it then gives it to the employees cooking and says next customer. I ask what you mean ? He says just wait another 15 mins instead I got a refund there was no solution to the waste of my time besides to get a refund or wait another hour for the incorrect order again. This is the 3rd time they have gotten the order wrong and the manager doesn't do anything to make right with...

I ordered a 5 piece fried chicken with 4 jalapeno peppers and a XL Kool-aid w/extra ice.

This was the worst fried chicken I've tried to eat in several years. Overcooked on the outside and without seasoning/flavor on the inside. The jalapeno peppers were acceptable and the Kool-aid was refreshing.

I was very surprised to receive such a poor meal from this chain. I've never received such a substandard meal from their Schaefer/Joy Road location...and I've been buying food/meals from that location for over 15 months.

Many years ago, I cooked on a regular basis, mostly for myself, and I was taught by my parents' that you "eat your mistakes".
