McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. I used to work at McDonald's. They get 2 stars because the little interaction I had with staff was polite, and when they forgot my latte with the rest of my order, they gave me a larger size. This place is extremely slow. One of our rules is to take everyone's order, no matter how many are still waiting. That way everyone has been acknowledged and has their order on the board. My boyfriend and I waited 10+ minutes before being greeted, and this was only because they were finally ready to take our order. We also waited another 10+ minutes to receive our food. While the woman whose order was after ours was infuriated that her food wasn't ready yet (not cool, on the customer's part), the girl 2 orders ahead of us had a much simpler order and still hadn't received hers by the time we got ours. The experience was just disappointing. We didn't use the restrooms, and the lobby was being actively cleaned while we were there, so I won't discuss cleanliness. And it's not the business's fault, nor does it affect my rating, but I was asked for money by 2 people in line within like 30 seconds of receiving my receipt and change. Kinda...

Like all businesses in the world this place is great it may have some days where service isn't the best so we can't totally blame them they help us as a community to provide food to the best of their ability some of you guys don't no how hard there specific role is so you can't understand why they get some orders wrong but If they so you cant be mad at them because u can't understand what they have to do. They are a really good resteraunt and they are achieving more and more each day along a passing year so don't hate but learn to appreciate their hard work no matter what circumstances they try their hardest to satisfy us but when it comes to us as a community it's not right to put a business down I understand if it's constructive criticism but as a a community we fail them to know and appreciate how hard they work to make business...

I absolutely loathe this establishment. I had a taste for the double fish filet with it being lent and all. I placed my order and drove home. Open the box, it's a single fish filet. I wouldn't have cared if they hadn't charged me for the double.

I get the number and call. No answer. No one ever answered. So, I had to leave and go back up there. After finally acknowledging me and hearing my complaint, they give me a new order and I'm on my way home.

Silly me thought they couldn't possibly eff up twice, right? Wrong! Get home, open the box, guess what, single again. I go back. 3rd time now. I just want my money back. The girl didn't want to give me a full refund for eating the fries. Excuse me for being hungry during my three trips up here!!! After yelling, she concedes and gives me a full refund and I've learned to never...
