McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

It never fails each time I go there 9/10 don't have shakes, coffee, frappe, no ice cream because all their machines are always not working or it's down. Same with fresh food. In which I request each time whether they think popping in microwaves to try and trick us and just to hurry us on up and out of their "mandatory timed lines" that they cannot let get over or their in trouble. While us customers are feeling rushed I know employees feeling same way but have you ever thought about appreciating the great hard workers you do have? Employees like to feel appreciated. So with that being said are you at all recognizing that you have some very hard devoted employees. I always come and order from this location, but we all think that you do that on purpose..like to much work. If anyone hasn't said so well....i am. Fries are always cold💯 cheese never melted. Condiments just slapped on most time all messy. And you know these hard working employees may do a better job if they were paid what they're worth🤷 I always wondered why employees are in and out, like a revolving door since I worked for your company long ago, and I had noticed that we were like being in modern day slavery💯 No appreciation here I've seen for the employees ever in my entire life. Really😒 Seems like you must have new management because I have been seeing other managers and not ones was there, so that must have been an issue. I will still come and order always but would like to see a smile on all employees...

Horrible visit waited 20 minutes in drive thru line just to place our order then while placing my order the young lady was very impatient with me because my order was a pretty big order but after every item she just kept trying to total me out it was very frustrating and then after placing my order and finally paying making it to the window to get our food and we ordered 4 parfaits, 2 hot fudge sundays,2 oreo mcflurries, a 20 piece nugget meal large with a sweet tea with sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard ,4 mcdoubles 2 regular 2 with cherse only,2 mcchickens plain, a fish extra tarter... So waiting for our order the girl comes and says we out of the parfaits and our machine is broke for the ice cream wr have to refund your money so i give my debit card back to them to refund the money and i dont know what happened but they couldn't put it back so thats half my order gone ,now i never leave drive thru with out checking my order lol no sauce fo the nuggets,a coke instead of my tea,mcchickens with everything on them and the fish was plain. The only thing right was the nuggets and the mcdoubles and just to top it off they wouldn't fix my order unless i brought it into the building and oh all i can say is rude all the way around so i spent 32 minutes in the drive thru and another 16 minutes on yhe inside so 48 minutes there...

Well, Typically don't like to leave bad reviews but this McDonald's deserves every bit of what I'm going to say today, I wouldn't suggest this location to any one looking for Great, fast or friendly service. The management in here is a joke, and the service sucks every single time I'm in this place it never fails . I've had to call corporate and still nothing was settled by doing that . So i would just stear clear of this location it will spare you the hassle. Trust me. Here's a few reasons why . I'll shorten the story up by adding photos.. any who RAW MEAT ..... Short story huh ? Well that's what I got when I asked and paid for a quarter pounder with cheese. Picture below 👇 Another incident Next, I asked for extra tarter sauce for my grandmother fish sandwich ... Well extra is just what I got with my cold French fries on the side . Picture below 👇 🤦‍♀️ There are Plenty of locations around just pass this ghetto one up by all means, old snobby women with bad attitudes or a milenial with zero common sence running this one .... you'll...
