McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

I will never come to this McDonalds again ! They need to replace the full staff including the scruffy looking young man they call a manager . I went to the drive thru with only 2 cars anhead of me and I ordered a cheeseburger and quarter pounder meal. They had me pull to the side and wait to bring it out, than I noticed they had every single car do the same so of course they can beat the timer. So I sit and wait 10mins and they’re bringing out wrong items to cars, giving ppl other ppls meals. I finally get my food and they forget my fries so I had to wait another 10mins for that until I got fed up and just went inside and I see all the staff talking , laughing , not working or attending to customers. On top of that the MANAGER, a young man that looked high was making jokes while customers were coming in asking for salt , ketchup etc, he’s laughing saying he’s supposed to be outside handing them out and shrugs it off ! It took another staff member 6 tries to wave the cooking staff for my fries because they were too busy having a convo and laughing to eachother. Super unprofessional! Food was so greasy I couldn’t even eat it but refused to go back and deal with that environment. The manager is the reason the staff also has horrible customer service it’s absolutely no structure behind that counter ! You don’t get paid to hangout at work !...

Y’all grease dirty asl , never change it nuggets be burnt asl managers walking around on the phone cussing they kids out the manager Crystal be walking around with whippes asking minors do they wanna take a shot of her bottle , she never managing her floor the whole crew be sitting in the lobby talking , while the customers just waiting , on there food they spent money on , and when you want a refund they call the police on you , the gm is gay always arguing with females , they never try to solve the problem they just wanna argue, nothing never in stores but on the menu when they don’t wanna take orders they say DoorDash and mobile orders only and it says it close at 12 the store need to be shut down the minors that works there is getting over worked ! Not giving them any raises but got them cleaning an frappé machine and the ice cream machine the morning people never stock up they get more than one meal and leave with the store dirty and leave it for night shift which is unprofessional and the general manager doesn’t say anything to them , everybody that walks in there tell them to clean there restrooms and they have fat rats running around the whole building, one even jumped on an customer there not doing anything about them , they might be inside the store , the place need to be...

I was going to try to get me a under the table job at first to circumvent reporting to SSI. I legitimately filed with the app on the door and completed the application and asked for a part-time job. Possibly because I rate things here on Google my application was a circumvented while I waited to receive notice of some type of start date. I'm broke now and looking for opportunities and where my daughter told me that McDonald's would be a good start somehow I became ineligible. I went here twice and talked to someone and they took my information twice and redirected me in a way that the equipment was down and at first I accepted it as innocuous but then I made sure to leave it again and I was never called back. I just got out of prison and rightfully people can hire who they want to hire but the fact of the matter is there was no continuity as far as I was told that I will be contacted and it did not happen. The first time I filed I legitimately asked for a part-time job but there was a whining sentiment You can't work all day!? Where it could have been simply said that we need an all-day worker, so you have it I'm stuck here writing reviews on Google hoping that maybe in my brokeness somebody will give me a transparency job.
