Enough is enough! Customer service sucks! Longtime Rosedale Park resident and I frequently ordered from here. Over the years, I’ve had 1 too many personal bad experiences and I’ve also witnessed poor treatment of other customers. Called in a carry out, waited the 20 minutes and walked around the block to pick up. Only 2 employees working, but they rudely said they didn’t have my order and that I could get at the end of the line and place a order🤔 I showed him on my phone the time that I called, and I hit dial and the phone next to him rang……..instead of him saying, “ SORRY” I forget to put in your order we are busy, here is a drink and we are doing it now, he told me with a very nasty attitude that I could get at the end of the line and wait another 30 minutes…….they will never see...

I ordered 3pcs whole wings 5pcs shrimp with fries & 3 tenders with fries (lunch special) Everything was HORRIBLE besides the 5 pcs shrimp! Not to mention they got my order wrong and didn’t want to compensate me in any way! I will NOT recommend eating her chicken literally didn’t taste like anything not even lemon pepper after I asked for EXTRAAA!! Chicken tenders look like school lunch tenders FRIED HARD after I said lightly fried they did whatever they wanted to do with my order & they literally just opened at 11am it’s 11:43 as u can see all 3 wings are there a little bit on to try it but yuck never again ! Shrimp was gone because that’s the only thing was good . Tender were too hard besides 1 so he ate one and this were the other two THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN oh & kool...

I usually go to this place maybe once a month but today was my worst experience in getting their food the shrimp was the size of a dime that means the whole shrimp it was supposed to be large shrimp but it look like they got the smallest shrimp out of the bucket and fried it and then they left it sitting in grease because it was greasy I'm not for sure if they had already cooked them and had them to the side and then they hold you up like they could cut them fresh something is not right I asked for some clam a small order and just like it was a very small order I could not understand nothing that I received but life goes on I'll be going across the street to the Fish Express again and I'll start getting...
