As we approached the entrance, co-owner Ruth kindly gestured that they were closed—but then opened the door just to hear us out.

I would give it a 3.5. High marks for the Gelato (we ordered a flight and chose: hazelnut, pistachio, buttered pecan, and peppermint bark), and zero stars because the flight was listed at $16.99, but we were charged $20. We asked, and were simply told the digital display hadn't been updated. It was worth the extra 18%, but this is shoddy treatment. Probably illegal, too.
