They have the worse customer service, they don’t listen to your order, I came in and order 1lb of jumbo shrimp fried and I also order 2.26 lb of fresh salmon to take home with to cook later they fried my salmon and add a order of French fries to my order, I told the waiter, I did order fries and he refuse to take then off my order, as he gave me my order of shrimps, I ask for my salmon , she stated oh I fried it, I told him I didn’t want it fried, his response I already cooked it, as I looked in my bag , I notice there was only 1 small pieces of small in the bag, I had order 2.26 lbs about 5 fillets I had the cut, he looked at me and said oh we but it back, you didn’t want it fried, so they was going to keep the salmon I had paid for 30.00 dollars , they’re customer service stink and they cheap people, I’ll never...

My nephew purchased 4 frozen lobster tails. When we allowed them to thaw same day they were absolutely disgusting! I've never seen anything like it! They were skinny, limp, some were discolored and had a foul odor! He purchased at close of business and took them back the next morning and they were hesitant to refund so they replaced; however, we went to Kroger and purchased more! We frequently cook lobster and only purchased here due to last minute convenience! We were stuck with another 4 that also did not have a very fresh appearance but better! Heard good things about chicken wings. I went in on Friday to place an order for Saturday at 11:30 am and put a deposit down. The cashier took my order, wrote down the time and assured me it would ready. I arrived at 11:15 an and they were not ready, not even started. The man was trying to tell me, he was told 12:30 pm. I saw the cashier right down the correct information and time, so that was not true. If I didn't need the food I would have left. The man put in 10 extra and the food was finally ready at 12:00 pm.
