The reason for the three-star rating was that the manager yelled at her staff across the floor in front of customers instead of getting up from her chair to quietly discuss the issues with them. She accused her team of inappropriate language and content (which was not even close to inappropriate). Everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time until she felt the need to assert her authority and correct them. This was quite distracting for those simply trying to enjoy their coffee. Additionally, there were children present, and her tone resembled talking down to ten-year-olds when, in reality, the staff were all grown adults. This was very disappointing.

However, the staff members who attended to us (the ones who were being yelled at) were incredibly nice, friendly, and had great energy (Kevin specifically). We will definitely return for the service provided by them, but not for the manager. I hope this review makes the manager rethink how she talks...
