I'd go back to this place again & again when we're in the downtown Detroit area and somewhat near Eastern Market. Don't mind the type of street it's on. Carry on and proceed to all the goodness you will find there and I guarantee you'll find a beer to fall in love with. We took home some hoppy Kolsch but I would have been satisfied to take home anything from this brewery. They really know how to brew beer. I loved the 6oz. pours so the two of us could try 4 beers at once and share and compare the flavors. I also agree with the types of glasses they use as I 100% agree that the smell of beer is as important as the taste and their drinking glasses play up that thought. Yes. This is thoughtful beer brewing at it's best. A place to visit more than once. Also..the artwork on the walls was a beautiful addition to the look and I think really large plants would even enhance it more. I'm glad they were open on Sunday too because that's the day we get to branch out and explore.

#41 in the Metro Detroit Brewery Discovery Tour. Tired of adulting and having eaten lunch, I decided to hop on the 🏍 and grab a brew. It's a nice day and I won't be able to in a few months. Without Google Maps I would never have found this place. Talk about a nondescript building. This place just begs you to relax. Chill, take a load off. Soft jazz playing just loud enough to be heard, wide open space, light colored furnishings, plenty of light, games to be played. The beer is quite good. Plenty of styles to choose from: lighter choices like a pilsner, kölsch, or witbier. A dark lager. A couple IPAs, a couple saisons, ciders, then topping out with a Belgian dubbel, a tripel and a big, bad barleywine (11%). Wine is available also. And 1/2 pours are literally half price. Not 60-70% that plenty of places charge. I'm rather enamored of that. Parking is free and right out front. Don't be surprised if you need Google to find it.

Caring. And sharing and a certain amount of craft and fussiness- in a good way! First, the beers: excellent and a great selection. Everything brewed on the premises by the cute married couple who owns the place. I have become rather fussy and funny about the beer I drink (so your miles may vary) but these folks even made the girly beers that I don’t like taste good! I was there for a group event and they even opened up on their day off just for us! Awwww! I think my favorite thing was the old world craftsmanship that they used in making the beer.

We went to visit the brewery for their soft opening with a friend of my husband’s from work, Cary Brainerd. We were glad he invited us. The owners were very nice had a nice conversation with them and they showed us the brewery and told us the story. The bartenders are all fantastic and gave us wonderful service and we’re very friendly. No food there but you are allowed to bring your own food in and it is dog friendly, their grand opening is Thursday, October 24 at 4 PM. This is a place we will visit often. Thank you for the wonderful service and the fantastic beers, my husband love them all. May I love the Belgian dubble n the wit and had my share of the Belgian dubble Since I wasn’t driving. Kudos and best of luck with your brewery, it is super. Best of luck from Kevin and...
