Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

Costumer service was horrible. I placed an online order today. When I got there it was half way ready. I received an email stated it was ready at 2:17. I arrived at 2:42. The young lady didn’t not greet me when I arrived. I proceed to tell her I had an online order under my name. She grabs the order and I notice my wings aren’t there. With her face turned up she tells the other employees that my wings are missing. Whom ever is preparing the food in the back looks at me and rolls her eyes and asked well what kind did you have. I tell her. I then notice I was missing the sauce for the crazy bread. Not only was I missing the sauce but I was also missing an order of crazy bread. So now yIm checking my online order and two pizzas are missing. I again tell the cashier. So now a young lady comes from the back with an attitude and states didn’t you just say you were missing wings. I replied I sure did. And I also said I’m missing the sauce for the crazy bread, an order of crazy bread and two pizzas. With attitude she asked, what’s the name on your order. I tell her and ask if she would like to see the order as I’m looking at it on my phone. I put the phone counter and she just stares at me for a good 3 minutes, never looks at the phone. Then asked can she see the receipt on the box. My reply sure, no problem. She looks, after 10 minutes returns with two pizzas. One is burnt. I order 4-3 meat trios, 4 extra pepperoni pizzas, ( only two had extra pepperoni), 1 veggie pizza, 5 crazy bread combos, and an order of wings. I only received 4 crazy bread sauces. If it had not been that I ordered for my staff, I would have asked for a refund. I will not be returning to this...

I am vegetarian and this location online order site does not let you modify your options for veggie pizza. The staff on many occasions always end up getting my order wrong and giving me a meat pizza or not put it in at all.

Then you'll have to wait in person another 25 mins when the order was put online! They mix up people's orders all the time.

The staff does not listen during in person orders,there is no way to call in and make an order and online orders options are terrible for meatless customers because you can't modify your veggies.

Terrible! Always check your order before leaving if you don't eat meat!

*Update Review 2/29/24 Husband ordered a pizza the other day to give it another chance. Ordered online... pizza was said to be ready at 6:15pm. He arrived .. pizza was not ready and again he was given a pepperoni pizza....by the time he left once the correct pizza was made it was almost 7:20pm.

**5/14/24 New update Forgot to update this a few months ago. After my original review. I believe the District manager or owner of this particular location contacted me directly and addressed my inconvenience. I was very appreciative. Due to that and I'll give them another chance and another star.

They have a woman who works there now and she has become very focused on making sure the back is pulling up the correct orders before giving to customer. Please CONTINUE this...

Haven't been to little caesars in a while, mostly because of change in diet and customer service had become lack luster. I wanted to try the new crazy puffs. The crazy puffs are 4 cupcake sized pizzas, and they are filled with mozarella cheese and pepperoni, or just cheese. You can order the puffs regular or well done, I chose well done( crisper). The puffs are delicious and just the right size I would suggest ordering two orders. The crazy puffs are a big hit, I visited 3 separate locations to get these puffs. After placing an order by phone( which is outsourced and you can't tailor make your order). The best ordering option is to download the little caesers app and place order. The only little caesars that answer their own phones are the locations that are privately owned. Two of the three locations were short staffed, and there was a 30-60 minute wait for crazy puffs. All three locations need customer service training, cashiers are dry and rude and don't understand a smile, thank you, and come again, can help with...
